Nie bardzo wiem, jak zrozumieć, a co dopiero przetłumaczyć ten zwrot. O ile samo "birth date" jest średnio sensowne, ale zrobiłem z tego "datę zaistnienia", czy wręcz "datę narodzin", ale w cudzysłowie, to "common renewal birth date" przekracza aktualnie moje możliwości.
