W Cooperation agreement, we fragmencie:

Title and ownership to the equipment provided for use in performing the Project shall be retained by Compnay A during the Project, and Company B shall return the equipment upon the completion of the Project if requested by Compnay A. If the Project is completed, Company B shall return the equipment. Should Company A decide that the equipment does not need to be returned, Company B may retain the equipment and full title and ownership of the equipment shall pass to Company B.
