silos z lejem wewnętrznym Explanation: Jest osobne słowo na silosy płaskodenne. Różnią się one sposobem wybierania na tyle, że warto je odróżnić stosując odmienne słownictwo. Moim zdaniem w silosach przemysłowych stosuje się mniej lub bardziej mocarne konstrukcje ramowe (w tym nogi) do podparcia silosów, a silosy takie jak określa "skirted silo" odnoszą się raczej do mniejszych silosów zbożowych (głównie o poszyciu blaszanym). |

Today I will talk about the differences between flat bottom silo and hopper bottom silo and I hope it will be useful for people who are new in the silo industry. Flat bottom silo: it is a flat surface, which gives a full support. The floor design of the steel silos is decided by the material to be silos. In flat bottom silos, air slides can be bolted onto the plinths cast into the floor or bolted directly to the silo floor. The flat bottom silos are always the best choice if you want to store cement, fly ash or others that require fluidizing systems. This kind of silo can also be custom-made to meet more customers requirement. Besides, if the steel grain silos need to accept loads from mixing, condition and unloading equipments, equipment floors will be added to the steel silo plans. The flat bottom silos are also the most common and popular in agricultural industry due to its cost-effective. Hopper bottom silo: it can be also called as cone bottom silo, hopper bottom storage bins as it has a corn in the bottom different with the flat bottom silo. For small silo storages, the hopper bottom silo is a good choice to store while for the industrial silo with large diameter, bottom silo will be a better choice since it can reduce the risk.
