Explanation:
The success fee is a "win bonus" which used to be paid to your solicitor by you out of your compensation.

Since 1st April 2000 it is no longer payable by you but by your opponent when you win.

It is a % increase on our normal fees.


The success fee can be as high as 100% of the 'normal' charge for the lawyer's time. It will be calculated after the lawyer has carried out a risk analysis of the case.
