zdecydowanie develop, oto cytat z farmakopei brytyjskiej:
Apply separately to the plate 10 l of each solution. Develop over a path of 15 cm using 20 volumes of concentrated ammonia R, 20 volumes of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether R and 60 volumes of ethyl methyl ketone R. Dry the plate in a current of air and examine in ultraviolet light at 254 nm. Any spot in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution, apart from the principal spot, is not more intense than the spot in the chromatogram obtained with the reference solution (0.2 per cent).

zauważ, że oni nie używaj± develop w celu "wywoływać", a w chromatogramie masz "detection" np. UV detection, a niestety po polsku i jedno i drugie używa się "wywoływać". Ja tlumaczę np. visualise the chromatogram w kontek¶cie detekcji.
