I may need to translate some strings. For the time being they are in a txt file and have a uniform structure:

define('PERMISSION_DENIED_ETC', ' You do not have permission to access the requested resource ');

In Word May 19, 2011

After you copy and paste the contents to Word, you can change the strings

define\(*', ' (this ends in a space)
'\); (this begins with a space)

using wildcards to either the tw4winexternal style or hidden font (just put the above in Find, and select the style or font for Replace with in the Find and replace dialog box). Again... not an elegant use of regex but works for your example.
