Concordance stopped working in Trados 2007

Hi all,

I have Trados 2007 Freelance on Windows 7 with Office 2010, and suddenly concordance stopped working. The button only gives a ping sound and the keyboard shortcut does nothing. Otherwise the porogram works as it should.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that did not help.

Has anyone come across a similar problem before?

I would appreciate any help, concordance is such a crucial feature.

NOTE: Problem solved. The issue was with the TM, not the program, what a relief.

Have you previously worked on 2 monitors and now only on one? Feb 14, 2013

I haven't use 2007 in years but I remember that sometimes the concordance window remained on the disconnected screen. The easiest solution was to connect that screen again. Alternatively there is a combination of keyboard shortcuts which helps to move that window back to your main screen but I don't remember it.
