Report from  Philippe Carino
If we could give this powwow a Prize it would definitely be the one of friendship & improvisation.

Indeed, we organized it in a "Carpe Diem" style i.e. just because we were a group of Prozians on the leave (after the Budapest Conference) and that we felt like being together for a while before we had to go home...

Thanks again to all of you and what if we organize a new one in Pamplona (North of Spain) during the "San Fermin" fiesta on July 6th?... I will be there like every year anyway...

Kindest regards from Philippe & docnroll!

Postings from ProZians who attended this event

May 17 '07  Helena Diaz del Real: Of course, Andreea...
you are undoubtely right: Everything is relative!
Iam very happy to read that you found restaurants in Budapest with good service but for me (and I think for at least two other people) this was the exception.
However I enjoyed Budapest really, really very much!
All the best for you,
Helena
May 17 '07  Andreea Ciurea: everything is relative :)
It's true that we found a place with good service but the few days I stayed in Budapest I, personally, didn't have any problem with the service. But it depends on the time of the day and the place. I think I want about 4 times to restaurants in Liszt Ferenc ter and the service was good every time. Sorry Helena for the bad luck..but you shouldn't give up :)
May 17 '07  Helena Diaz del Real: I agree with you, Sergei
...and at last we found in Hungary a place with great service! (Seems to be rare, there, unfortunately)
Pribjet,
Helena
May 17 '07  Sergei Tumanov: that was great event
and we were lucky with the service at last :0)
May 16 '07  Andreea Ciurea: really nice
Indeed it was a nice powwow. I'm sorry I didn't bring the camera...Hope to see many of you again soon. Have a nice week everyone! Andreea
May 16 '07  Helena Diaz del Real: Yes, I had a great time there too
Well, Philippe, I do not recall to have invited you to a drink there (for the generosity), but in fact it was a great powwow. The think I liked most was the friendly, funny and incredibly international atmosphere (for n improvisated powwow of 13, there were 11 nationalities!) I did learn a lot and met great prozians.
Thank you very much for this great powwow, Philippe!
Hope to meet you all soon again,
Helena
May 16 '07  Henrique Magalhaes: Farewell do Budapest
It is a great pleasure to remeber the good moments we spent together in this lively café d Budapest...
May 15 '07  Philippe Carino: Post Budapest Conference Powwow at the Café Vian
I want to thank all of you (and especially Helena for her generosity) for being at the Café Vian on May 1st 07! That was a sort of "extra" conference but more "private". Cheers to all of you. Philippe Carino and docnroll!
