Description
ME402 Compriband Ali-Tape PB is a high performance sealant tape which consists of a quality plasto-elastic butyl rubber adhesive / sealant applied to one side of an aluminized polyester film.

ME402 Compriband Ali Tape PB is available with a thickness of 1.2 mm in 25 m length rolls in the following widths: 50, 75, 100 and 150 mm.
Preparation
• Surfaces must be clean and free from dirt, loose material, grease and oils.
• It is recommended that rough or porous surfaces and overlaps are first treated with ME901 Butyl Primer or ME902 Butyl Spray Primer which will assist initial adhesion.
Application
• Do not apply to very cold or frosted surfaces.
• Use of ME901 Butyl Primer may be considered under these circumstances.
• Trim the materials to the required length / shape allowing an overlap of at least 25 mm where the materials are to be joined.
• Ensure that there are no air pockets.
• Apply even pressure over the entire surface using nonabrasive tools e.g. cloth or preferably hand roller.
• Take care not to stretch or puncture the foil during application.
Please Note
Do not use in permanently submerged joints. Check for compatibility with other sealants. Do not use in joints subject to traffic. The user is advised to conduct tests to determine the suitability of the product for the intended application.

Internal combustion analyzer

Dewetron’s flexible internal combustion analyzers are suitable for in-car usage, and can also be used for testbed applications

Due to the complexity of modern engines and drivetrains, in-car testing is becoming more and more important. Checking an engine map in real driving situations, adapting settings during drive cycles, and observing and checking interaction with modern electric-drive components are only a few examples. The measurement system should be capable of handling all these demands.
Dewetron internal combustion analyzers are suitable for in-car usage, as well as for testbed applications. The built-in and exchangeable amplifier modules (DAQP series) give the flexibility to have the right amplifier for all upcoming requirements.
The isolated charge and isolated bridge amplifiers with a constant current supply feature are provided for high-pressure sensors and also for the absolute pressure measurement of inlet and exhaust. Isolated voltage amplifiers cover additional signals such as start of injection, end of injection, and ignition. Optional isolated high-voltage and current inputs can be used to calculate the electrical power of electric-drive components. Combustion and power can be calculated at the same time. Additional channels such as torque, acceleration and temperature can be recorded simultaneously in the time domain or the angle domain.
Due to limited space in the car, crank-angle encoders can only be installed with a lot of effort, and sometimes it is not even possible to install them at all. That’s why the native crank marker signal (60-2) of an engine is used. This can be connected directly to the isolated built-in crank angle CPU of the instrument, which also handles the interpolation up to 0.1°.
To get a complete picture, the instrument provides up to 4 CAN interfaces, so vehiclebased signals can be recorded as well. In addition, calculated results such as max pressure, MEP values and start of combustion can be transferred via CANbus. The instrument becomes a kind of smart sensor, which provides combustion data during a drive cycle over CAN. The results can be recorded from engine mapping tools to get an immediate feedback after changing ECU settings. In case it is used in combination with a testbed, the software can be controlled via TCP/IP interface to automate the tests.

У зв'язку зі складністю сучасних двигунів і трансмісій, тестування в автомобілі стає все більш і більш важливим. Кілька прикладків: перевірка тривимірної характеристики двигуна в реальних умовах водіння, адаптація параметрів під час циклу їзди автомобіля, а також спостереження і контроль взаємодії з сучасними компонентами електричного приводу. Вимірювальна система повинна забезпечувати такі потреби.
Аналізатори внутрішнього згоряння Dewetron придатні для використання в автомобілі, а також для стендових випробувань. Вбудовані і замінні модулі підсилювача (серії DAQP) дають можливість вибрати саме той пристрій, який потрібен в конкретному випадку застосування.
Ізольовані електрометричні і мостові підсилювачі з живленням постійним струмом призначені для використання з датчиками високого тиску, а також для вимірювання абсолютного тиску на вході і виході. Ізольовані підсилювачі напруги охоплюють додаткові сигнали, такі як початок упорскування, кінець уприскування і запалення. Для обчислення електричної потужності компонентів електричного приводу можуть використовуватись додаткові ізольовані входи високої напруги і струму. Одночасно можна розрахувати горіння і потужність. Додаткові канали, такі як крутний момент, прискорення і температура, можуть реєструватися одночасно в динамічному режимі і області кута.
За рахунок того, що простір в автомобілі обмежений, датчик кута повороту колінчатого вала встановити дуже важко, а іноді його встановлення взагалі неможливе. Ось чому використовується сигнал маркера корінного підшипника (60-2) двигуна. Його можна підключити безпосередньо до ізольованого вбудованого центрального процесора кута повороту кривошипу колінчастого вала приладу, для якого також використовується інтерполяція до 0,1°.
Для формування повної картини в приладі передбачено до 4 інтерфейсів CAN, тому можуть записуватися і сигнали з автомобіля. Крім того, результати розрахунків, такі як максимальний тиск, значення MEP і початку горіння можуть бути передані по шині CAN. Прилад перетворюється на свого роду інтелектуальний датчик, який передає дані про згоряння під час циклу їзди по CAN. Результати можуть бути записані з інструментів картування двигуна, чим забезпечується негайний зворотний зв'язок після зміни налаштувань ECU. У разі, якщо він використовується в поєднанні з випробувальним стендом, з метою автоматизації випробувань керування програмним забезпеченням може здійснюватися через інтерфейс TCP/IP.
