Source text - Polish Paragraf 2.02. Oświadczenie kredytobiorcy
1. Kredytobiorca niniejszym oświadcza, że aktualnie nie jest prowadzone żadne postępowanie sądowe, administracyjne lub inne, które mogłoby mieć negatywny wpływ na sytuacje finansową Kredytobiorcy.
Paragraf 3.05. Oprocentowanie kredytu przeterminowanego i płatność odsetek
1. W przypadku nie wywiązania się Kredytobiorcy z terminowej spłaty kredytu lub jego raty, Kredytobiorca zapłaci Bankowi odsetki od kredytu przeterminowanego.
2. Niezapłacona przez Kredytobiorcę w terminie należność Banku z tytułu kredytu lub odsetek, w dniu płatności staje się wymagalna. Od dnia następnego po dniu wymagalności od niespłaconej kwoty kredytu naliczane jest oprocentowanie od kredytu przeterminowanego.
3. Odsetki od kredytu przeterminowanego są niezwłocznie wymagalne.
Translation - English Article 2.02. Representations and warranties
1. The Borrower hereby represents that no legal, administrative or other proceedings are currently pending which could have a material adverse effect on the Borrower.
Article 3.05. Default interest and interest payment
1. If the Borrower fails to pay the due amount or any of its installments on its due date, The Borrower shall pay default interest to the Bank.
2. Any overdue amount shall be payable on its due date. From the day following the due date the default interest shall be accrued on the overdue amount.
3. Default interest shall be immediately due and payable.
