Source text - Russian Неоконтрактуализм (от contract – договор) – концепция, известная как “теория общест-венного договора”. Согласно этой теории, свободные граждане в “естественном”, атомистиче-ском обществе заключают друг с другом договор о принципах общественного устройства и, при необходимости, о делегировании полномочий по осуществлению общественно полезных функций специально созданному органу (государству).
Контрактуализм имеет давнюю традицию, восходящую к античности – стоикам, Эпикуру, Со-крату, Платону. Своего расцвета он достиг в эпоху Просвещения. Его сторонниками были такие мыслители, как Спиноза, Гоббс, Локк, Руссо, Кант. Однако в ХІХ веке благодаря трудам Смита, Бентама, Юма, Гегеля идея общественного договора уступила место своей противоположности – идее свободного рынка, “невидимой руки”, отрицающей какие бы то ни было изначальные рациональные соглашения между индивидами по поводу устройства общества и предпочитающую эффективность справедливости.
Роулз (и близкий к нему Дж. Бьюкенен) во многом способствовал возрождению контрактуали-стских идей, предлагая, однако, рассматривать общественный договор не как реально имеющее место в истории событие, а как гипотетическую модель для последующих теоретических по-строений.
Translation - German Neokontruktualism (von Contract - der Vertrag) ist die Konzeption, die als "die Theorie über den öffentlichen Vertrag " bekannt ist. Laut dieser Theorie, schließen die freien Bürger in der "natürlichen", atomistischen Gesellschaft den Vertrag miteinander über die Prinzipien des öffentlichen Aufbau und, falls notwendig, über die Delegierung der Vollmächte für die Verwirklichung der gesellschaftlich nützlichen Funktionen dem speziell geschaffenen Organ (der Staat) ab. Kontruktualism hat die alte Tradition, die zur Antike - Stoiker, Epicure, Socrates, Plato zurückreicht. Die eigene Blüte hat er in dem Zeitalter erreicht. Seine Anhänger waren solche Denker, wie d.Espinosa, Gobbs, Locke, Russo, Kant. Doch im Jahrhundert ХІХ dank Arbeiten von Smith, Bentam, Hu-me, Hegel hat die Idee des öffentlichen Vertrages die Stelle des eigenen Gegenteiles nachgestanden - Idee des freien Marktes, " der unsichtbaren Hand ", die alle ursprüng-lich rationelle Übereinkommen von Gesellschaftaufbau zwischen Individuen verneinte.
Rawls trug zur Wiedergeburt der kontraktualistischen Ideen bei, doch bot er an, den öffentlichen Vertrag nicht als die in der Geschichte real vorhandene Begebenheit, sondern als das hypothetische Modell für die nachfolgenden theoretischen Konstruktio-nen zu betrachten.

The centrifuge mod. LC10 is a machine recommended to wash pig hearts.
Raw material is input automatically to upper part of the machine, with the aid of the loading hopper. The operator has to press the start button on the electric panel. . The processing cycle is made by charging, washing, drying and discharging of the product. After the introduction of the product in the charging hopper, the processing can be semiautomatic (the machine stops after a cycle) or automatic (the cycle starts again after the closing of the discharging door and its length can be controlled by some timers). In order to exploit to the utmost the centrifuge, do not overload the machine.
4.3 STARTING UP AND PROCESSING
The operation of this machine is relatively simple, but it is recommended to follow this procedure:
1. Turn the main switch on the electric panel onto “1”(see fig.4.3a).
2. Open the air inlet valve, and make sure the pneumatic system is under pressure.
3. Turn the selector “process-clean” on process.
4. Select the working cycle to perform: single or continuous.
5. Position under the discharge of the machine a container suitable to contain the processed product.

4.3 ЗАПУСК И ОБРАБОТКА

1. Переведите главный переключатель на электрической панели на положение “1”(см. Рис..4.3a).
2. Открыть вентиль впускной трубы воздуха и убедиться, что пневматическая система находится под давлением.
3. Поверните рукоятку “обработка - очистка” на положение обработки.
4. Выберите рабочий цикл: разовый или непрерывный.
5. Установите около разгрузочной дверцы машины соответствующую емкость, в которую поместится обработанный продукт.

Crainic : Vinul reprezintă simbolul mitologic al fecundităţii şi este un semn mitologic asemuit cu sîngele omului. În Sfînta Scriptură cuvîntul vin este folosit de peste patru sute de ori, şi cel mai adesea este încărcat de simbolistică. În timpul Cinei celei de taină vinul este asemuit cu sîngele lui Isus şi serveşte la pecetluirea legămîntului celui nou:

Впервые термин "психосоматика" был предложен немецким врачом Иоганном Хайнротом в 1818 г. Он использовал данный термин для обозначения взаимосвязи телесных недугов пациентов и их душевных страданий. Связи, по его мнению, причинно-следственной, исходящей из представления о том, что соматические расстройства могут вызываться расстройствами душевными.
Последователи Хайнрота считали, что все телесные болезни имеют психологические причины. Психосоматика изначально представлялась именно как "психосоматическая медицина".
Современный взгляд на психосоматику выходит за рамки представлений о здоровье и болезни.
Психосоматика (от греч. Psyche – душа soma- тело).
Психосоматика – это телесное проявление эмоций (следствием дисбаланса которых и становится психосоматические болезни), так и "зеркало" иных подсознательных процессов, телесный канал сознательно-подсознательной коммуникации. В этом контексте тело представляется как своего рода экран, на который проецируются символические послания подсознания. Взаимосвязь тела ("сомы") и психики всегда двусторонняя. Как все соматические расстройства имеют свои психологические "корни", так и любые психологические проблемы всегда приносят психосоматические "плоды". Разница только в том, какая часть выходит на первый план. Какая из них имеет более выраженные внешние проявления. И точно так же, как исцеление от телесных недугов может быть достигнута путем проработки породивших их психологических причин, в равной степени справедливо и обратное. Через телесные проявления психологических проблем можно прямым путем дойти до глубин подсознания.
Translation - English Manifestation of psychosomatic symptoms
For the first time the term " psychosomatics " was offered by German doctor Johann Heinrot in 1818. He used the given term to describe the interrelation of corporal illnesses of the patients and their mental anxiety. In his opinion, the cause-and-effect relation starting from the notion that somatic disorders can be caused by the mental disorders.
Followers of Heinrot thought that all corporal illnesses have the psychological reasons. The psychosomatics was initially represented as the "psychosomatic medicine".
The modern view on the psychosomatics is beyond the concept of health and illnesses.
Psychosomatics (from Greek Psyche – soul soma - body).
The psychosomatics – is a corporal manifestation of the emotions (the consequence of the disbalance for which becomes the psychosomatic illnesses), and also the "mirror" of the other subconscious processes, the corporal channel of the conscious-subconscious communication. In this context the body is represented as some kind of the screen on which the symbolical messages of the subconsciousness are projected. Interrelation of the body ("soma") and mentality is always bilateral. Like all somatic disorders have the psychological "roots", so any psychological problems always bring the psychosomatic "fruits". The difference is only in what part remains on the foreground. Which of them has more expressed external manifestations. And in the same way, as the recovery from the corporal illnesses can be reached by study of the psychological reasons which generated them, the reverse situation is equally fair too. Through the corporal manifestations of the psychological problems we can reach directly the depths of the subconsciousness.

На каждую отчетную даry Банк оценивает, не превышает ли балансовая стоимость основных средств и нематериальныx активов их возмещаемую стоимость. В случае превышсния балансовой стоимости основных средств и нематериальных активов над их возмещаемой стоимостью Банк уменьшает балансовую стоимость основных средств и нематериальных активов до их возмещаемой стоимости. После отражения убытка от обесценения амортизационные отчисления по основным средствам корректируются в последующих нериодах с целью распределения пересчитанной балансовой стоимости активов равномерно в течение оставшегося срока полезного использования.

Fair cost of the fixed assets is equated to the initial cost corrected for the sum of performed re-estimation less the charged amortization.
The fixed assets acquired before 01 January 2003 are reflected in the account at their initial cost with due consideration of the inflation less the accrued amortization and the accrued losses from depreciation.
For each accounting date the Bank estimates, whether the balance cost of the fixed assets and intangible assets does not exceed their compensated cost. In case the balance cost of the fixed assets and intangible assets exceeds their compensated cost the Bank reduces the balance cost of the fixed assets and intangible assets to their compensated cost. The loss from depreciation of the fixed assets and intangible assets is recognized in the corresponding accounting period and is included into the structure of the operational expenses. After the loss from depreciation is reflected the depreciation charges for the fixed assets are corrected in the subsequent periods for the purpose of the even distribution of the assets recalculated balance cost during the remained term of useful life.
