Italian mother tongue, also graduated at an American high school (A-) in 1969. English has remained my second mother tongue since.
Decade-long experience in in-house translation of articles in Economy, Business, Finance, World Affairs: from English, French and German, and proofreading of translations both to Italian and to English.
Former writer of sector and country studies (both in Italian and in English) I have been working as a freelance translator in the last 3 years, while continuing to write studies of my own interest in the social and economic fields.
Took a Master for translators in Economy and Finance, organized by Communications Trend Italia in Milan: scored 93/100 at the final exam in May 2005 - highest in my class.
I translate from EN, FR, DE to IT, and from IT, FR and DE to EN.
Have been working in the insurance and financial fields, as well as in social issues and marketing.
