Source text - English XXX Technology: Non-Invasive Exploration and Sub-Surface Imaging
XXX technology represents a new generation in GPR. Originally developed by Dr.X under the U.S. Air Force Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) program to detect buried ordnance, it is now available for mining and tunneling applications for the first time.
XXX technology can be used for volumetric imaging of subsurface deposits, other forms of underground anomaly definition and water exploration. Using a newly invented principle called "Forced Resonance," it offers much higher resolution and enhanced signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), facilitating ease of analysis and discrimination as compared to conventional GPR.
Depth of penetration is up to, and even exceeding, 600 ft. (depending on antenna design). There are no limitations with respect to soils, lithology or degree of saturation of the geologic materials.
XXX technology uses a ground-based system in which the antennae are pulled via a small tractor. The ground surface must therefore be sufficiently level as to permit the tractor to negotiate the surface and corners. Ground interrogation is triggered with a high resolution Global Positioning System (GPS), allowing transfer of the location coordinates onto any GIS system for site planning.

Технология ХХХ представляет собой новое поколение многофункциональных РЛС. Изначально разработанная д-ром Х в рамках программы военно-воздушных сил США "Инновационные Исследования в малом бизнесе" (SBIR) для обнаружения захороненных артиллерийских орудий она сейчас впервые доступна для применения в горной промышленности и проходки туннелей.
Технологию ХХХ можно использовать для построения объемных изображений подземных месторождений, определения других форм подземных аномалий, а также поисков воды. С помощью новонайденного принципа "вынужденного резонанса" технология предлагает значительно более высокое разрешение и улучшенное соотношение сигнал/шум (SNR), таким образом, облегчая анализ и распознавательные возможности в сравнении с традиционными многофункциональными РЛС.
Глубина проникновения – до и даже cвыше 600 футов (в зависимости от конструкции антенны). Нет ограничений по типу почв, литологии или степени водонасыщения геологического разреза.
Технология ХХХ представляет собой наземную систему, в которой антенны протягиваются с помощью небольшого трактора. Поэтому исследуемая поверхность должна быть относительно ровной, чтобы трактор мог справиться с поверхностью и уклонами. Координаты местонахождения определяются с помощью GPS высокого разрешения, что позволяет перенести координаты на любую ГИС-систему для планирования участка.
