RONDUS DISKSYSTEM
Rondus har som standard 3 fasta höjder, för sittande arbete 735mm, kombinerad sitt- och ståarbetsplats 865mm samt ståarbetsplats 1005mm, en mix av dessa höjder är att rekommendera eller varför inte ett el-underrede för att klara alla behov och önskemål.
Om det finns önskemål om att en arbetsplats skall vara avskärmad så är det lämpligt att använda en överhylla.
Disken kan levereras med eller utan sockel.

Rondus
As a standard this system comes in three different heights:
For work in a sitting position we have a height of 735mm,
For a combination of a sitting and standing postion we have a height of 865mm.
And for a standing position work place we have a height of 1005mm.
We recomend though a mixture of these differnet working positions for flexibility and good ergonomics. To achieve this we have fitted these stylish counter systems with an electrically driven height adjustment system.
If you find it neccesary to block the view to the inside of the counter we have a small shelving unit which can be fitted to the table top as an extra accessory.
The counter can be supplied with or without a footstall.
All counter systems come with a depth of 740mm.

Ergonomi
Exlibris disksystem är utformade ur ergonomi- och tillgänglighetsprinciper. Arbetsställningar och felaktiga ergonomiska rutiner är idag ur samhällsekonomisk synvinke den mest utbredda folksjukdomen.
Arbetsmiljöer med dataskärmens dominans har skapat behov av arbetsplatser med mångfasetterad och inbyggd flexibilitet. Vid arbetsplatser i offentliga rum är det inte ovanligt att flera människor använder samma arbetsplats trots olika behov av flexibilitet – vi är ju alla trots allt olika. Motverkar skador gör vi dels genom att skifta arbetssällning och bryta gamla rutiner. Genom flexibiliteten kan vi dessutom anpassa arbetsplatsen till både anställda och låntagare när det krävs (barn, gamla och handikappade).

Ergonomics
ExLibris counter systems are designed from ergonomic and accessibility principles. One of the most widespread diseases of today is inocrrect ergonomic practices which results in a bad posture.
Working environments with the dominance of CPU monitors, have created the need to work with diverse and built-in flexibility. For work in the public environment, it is not uncommon for several people using the same workplace, despite the various needs for flexibility - we are all unique. In order to prevent hurting ourselves we have to break the old routines by changing the working area. With flexibility, we can also adapt the workplace for both employees and library visitors when required (children, elderly and disabled).
Measurements
Counter systems are made in standard designs and custom designs to suit your library.

Height adjustable counter
Biketjänst uses CE marked LINAK engines (world wide system) for all height adjustable products. It is possible to combine counter systems with each other but the maximum number of height adjustable legs is 3. Therefore 2 counter systems being adjusted in height simultaneously.
The regulation of height adjustment is made easy with only the push of a button or with default heights (the latter is an additional feature). Adjusting the height of the table top between the minimum and maximum height takes10-12 seconds.
Safety Distance between counter systems must be 150 mm. The space between the units can be filled with a chest of drawers which could be used for storage and placement of printers, Cash register etc..
