1) To, at all times, deliver a high quality property finder service - coordinating and conducting the property search, whether it is via the internet or over the phone. They will also be in charge of arranging and carrying out initial viewings, both with local estate agents and private vendors, and short listing suitable properties to be shared with The Client.
2) To be responsible for all costs involved with the initial viewings, i.e. telephone costs, transport expenses, petrol costs etc.
3) To enable The Client to follow the progress of the operation and evaluate the findings.
4) To coordinate and conduct the initial viewings on behalf of The Client.
5) To carry out an initial investigation (at no extra charge to The Client) to confirm the security of the investment (i.e. to ensure The Client would not be risking his money investing in an “illegal” property). This does not include any additional costs that may result if The Client decides to contract the services of a Surveyor or engage Legal support.
6) To negotiate with the owners the final price of the selected properties on behalf of The Client.

6) Di negoziare con i proprietari il prezzo finale delle proprietà selezionate per conto di Il Cliente.
