제22조의2(자진신고자 등에 대한 감면 등) ①다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자에 대하여는 제21조(시정조치)의 규정에 의한 시정조치 또는 제22조(과징금)의 규정에 의한 과징금을 감경 또는 면제할 수 있다.
1. 부당한 공동행위의 사실을 자진신고한 자
2. 증거제공 등의 방법으로 조사에 협조한 자
②공정거래위원회 및 그 소속 공무원은 소송수행을 위하여 필요한 경우 등 대통령령으로 정하는 경우를 제외하고는 자진신고자 또는 조사에 협조한 자의 신원ㆍ제보내용 등 자진신고나 제보와 관련된 정보 및 자료를 사건 처리와 관계없는 자에게 제공하거나 누설하여서는 아니 된다.
③제1항의 규정에 의하여 감경 또는 면제되는 자의 범위와 감경 또는 면제의 기준ㆍ정도 등과 제2항에 따른 정보 및 자료의 제공ㆍ누설 금지에 관한 세부사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

Article 22-2 (Exemptions for Self-reporting, etc.) ① A person falling under any one of the items below may be subject to reduced measures or exempt from regulations regarding corrective measures under Article 21 (Corrective Measures) or regulations regarding fines under Article 22 (Fines).
1. One who self-reports an Unfair Collaborative Activity
2. One who cooperates in an investigation such as providing evidence
② Except for necessary instances to carry out a legal action, etc., under an Executive Order, the Fair Trade Commission and its officials shall not release or disclose any information or materials related to the self-report or tipping-off, such as the identity of the self-reporter or one who cooperates with the investigation or the tipped information, etc., to persons unrelated to the case handling.
③ The details of the scope of persons subject to reduced fine or exemption and the criteria and degree, etc. of the reduced fine or exemption under the provision of Clause 1 and the details of the prohibition of release and disclosure of the information and materials under Clause 2 shall be determined by the Executive Order.
