Source text - Ukrainian Більша частина будівель у садибі по В.Васильківській, 10 використовувалася під житло. У флігелях знаходилися склади та столярна майстерня, а у будинку, який виходив фасадом на вулицю, на II поверсі у трьох великих залах був меблевий магазин, пакувальна майстерня, магазин іграшок тощо. На початку XX століття на В.Васильківську, 10 було переведене Київське відділення акціонерного товариства "Брокгауз - Ефрон".
Меблева фірма Фалєра мала заслужену високу репутацію. На Київській сільськогосподарській та промисловій виставці 1897 року вона отримала золоту медаль. У книзі, присвяченій виставці було зазначено, що у магазині при фабриці, яка була заснована батьком нинішнього її власника Г.Г.Фалєра у 1834 році, "постійно є розкішний вибір різних меблів, дзеркал, залізних ліжок, меблевих тканин, плюшів та іншого".
Сім'я Фалєрів займала шестикімнатну квартиру на II поверсі флігеля у дворі (нині - корпус 2).
Будівлі у садибі по В.Васильківській, 10 за своїми художніми позитивними якостями та локальними особливостями входять до низки будинків межі XIX - XX століть, які мають значну питому вагу у архітектурному спадку міста. У живописній пластиці фасадів використані мотиви неоренесансну - домінуючого стильового напрямку у міській архітектурі цього періоду. Виконаний у цеглі декор та скульптурні деталі, які збереглися, створюють ефектний образний вигляд фасаду з насиченим світлотіньовим моделюванням.
Особливе містобудівельне значення має весь комплекс споруд на ділянці, який зберіг раціональну структуру порівняно невеликої міської садиби межі XIX - XX століть.
Translation - English The major part of buildings in the mansion in 10, Vasyl’kivska str. has been used as dwellings. Storehouses and joiner’s shops were located in the wings whereas furniture store, packing and toy shops etc. were placed in three great halls on the first floor of the house, facing the street. At the beginning of the XX century the department of Kyiv joint-stock company “Brockhouse-Ephron” was build in 10, Vasyl’kivska str.
The furniture store named after Phaller had a good name. It received the gold medal at Kyiv agricultural and industrial exhibition of 1897. The author of the book, dedicated to the exhibition, states that the shop under the factory, which was founded in 1834 by G.G. Faller, father of it’s present owner, “permanently offers luxurious choice of different styles of furniture, mirrors, beds made of iron, tapestry, plushes etc.”
The Fallers lived in the six-roomed flat on the first floor of the wing in the yard (nowadays – building 2).
Buildings in the mansion in 10, Vasyl’kivska str., as well as a number of constructions on the verge of XIX-XX centuries, have specific considerable importance in the architectural heritage of the town. It is due to their artistic positive features and local characteristics. The motifs of Neorenaissance epoch were used in the picturesque plastic art of facades. It was the dominating tendency in the city architecture of that period. Décor, realized in bricks and remained sculptural details, create spectacular pictorial expression of the façade together with saturated light-to-dark design. The whole complex of buildings in the area has an especial architectural significance. It preserved the rational structure of comparatively small steading on the brink of XIX-XX centuries.

Source text - English Mechanical stabilizing mattress consists of two layers of geological nettings and well culled high quality composite material ( i.e. pebbles or crushed rocks measuring 0-1,4764 in. In case of using cumulative pellets measuring more than 2,9528 in, it is recommended that one should make use of geological nettings S30A).
a) Initially, the surface of the peat soil is ingenuously laid with geological netting S30. In places, where the mass of the peat soil combines with adjacent supporting soil, it is better to use lengthwise placing with the ceiling minimum 32,81 ft long.
b) Well puddle and culled composite material is laid over the first layer of geological netting at an overall height of 9,8425 in.
c) The second layer of the geological netting is located over the packed composite bed №1.
d) The last layer of the well culled and prepackaged build should be placed over the second layer of the geological netting. The minimal height of the composite bed here makes 150 mm.
e) Construction of the road building is to be started in the usual way, laying the available composite material over the mechanical stabilizing bed.
Translation - Russian Механический стабилизирующий матрац состоит из двух слоев геологических сеток и хорошо отсортированного качественного сборного материала (галька или размельченные камни размером 0-37,5 мм. В случае использования совокупных гранул размером более 75 мм, рекомендуется использовать геологические сетки S30A).
a) Сначала слой геологической сетки S30 укладывается непосредственно на поверхность торфяного грунта. В местах, где масса торфяного грунта соединяется с прилегающими несущими грунтами, рекомендуется продольное укладывание с перекрытием как минимум в 10 м.
б) Хорошо уплотненный и отсортированный сборный материал укладывается поверх первого слоя геологической сетки на общую высоту 250 мм.
в) Второй слой геологической сетки S30 располагается поверх уплотненного сборного слоя №1.
г) Последний слой хорошо отобранной и скомпонованной конструкции укладывается поверх второго слоя геологической сетки. Минимальная высота сборного слоя здесь составляет 150 мм.
д) Конструкцию сооружения дороги можно начать обычным способом, укладывая имеющийся сборный материал поверх механического стабилизирующего слоя.
