Bio
I am a Norwegian translator and journalist, and have worked in both fields since 2005. My experience in translation is for the following language pairs: English to Norwegian and French to Norwegian. I work with various subjects, but particularly medical, technical, marketing, cultural and general texts. I also do some subtitling for films, documentaries and TV-shows.
For several years I worked part-time as a journalist and chief editor of an international audiological magazine. The Scandinavian issue consisted of articles in Norwegian, with English translations which I performed. I therefore have a lot of experience in writing about hearing and hearing aids and other devices that help people who are hearing impaired.
I specialized in French and English in high school, and moved to France in 2001, where I practise both French and English, have studied French and journalism, and where I have established my own company.
