1. I agree to participate and complete the Ulpan program of 5 months.
2. I'll provide the Ulpan's Director with a 400 shekel deposit, not later than two weeks after starting of the program.
3. "Ole Hadash" (New immigrant) – I'll pay the Jewish Agency (Ha Sochnut) 1300 shekels at the begining of the Ulpan and not later than a month after starting of the program.
Tourist – I paid the Kibbutz Movement (Takam), for the Ulpan.
4. I am responsible to arrive on time to all lessons, stay for the duration of the lessons and complete all homework assignments.
5. I am responsible to arrive on time to work, complete the work assigned to me, and provide the Ulpan's Director with signed worksheet that is to be completed by the work supervisor, at the end of each month.
6. Medical Insurance: (circle)
As a New Immigrant (Oleh Chadash) I am responsible to secure myself medical insurance through Social Medical Insurance (Bituach Leumi).
As a Tourist I am aware that for the duration of the program, I will be covered by medical insurance provided to me by the Ulpan.
If I leave the program, either on my own will or I am asked to leave by the Ulpan director, leave the country, or at the end of the Ulpan - the medical insurance provided expires.
7. I commit never to use violence, whether physical or verbal, throughout the Ulpan.
8. The use of drugs is prohibited in the State of Israel by the law.
I agree not to use any illegal drugs during the 5 months of the Ulpan program.
I am aware that at any moment the Ulpan director, has the right to request a drug test be completed.
If the drug test proves that I have been using drugs it will be my duty to leave the program. I have the right to refuse participation in a drug test, however if I refuse I am responsible to leave the Ulpan program.
9. I am aware that alcohol consumption is permitted to those 18 years of age or older in Israel. However, undesirable drunken behavior may lead to my dismissal from the program.
10. I agree to give full access of my medical history to the Ulpan Director and house mother. I also give consent to medical treatment as per the recommendation of a doctor.
11. The deposit will be returned to me at the end of the 5 months of Ulpan, in the case that no damage to Ulpan equipment has been caused (the cost of any damage will be reduced from my final deposit amount), I left the room in clean condition and I provide a final signed worksheet. In the case I leave, or am asked to leave prior the end of the Ulpan the deposit will remain with the Ulpan.
12. At the end of the Ulpan I agree to leave my room clean, just as I received it. Only after Ulpan staff has signed off that my room is clean, and I have returned all equipment/utensils/clothing I will receive my deposit. If by any chance the room is not clean or the occupants don't want to clean it, 150 shekels will be taken from the deposit, in order to pay a professional for the cleaning.
13. I am responsible to provide a doctor's consent letter, allowing me to participate within the Ulpan in sporting activities and group trips.
14. I am aware that the medical insurance provided does not cover any medical problems I had prior to the Ulpan. The medical insurance covers my time in Israel in the Ulpan.
15. I am aware that there is no lifeguard at the kibbutz swimming pool and thus entrance to the pool is prohibited. Pool hours available for the Ulpan will be posted by the Ulpan staff.

4. Yo soy responsable de llegar a tiempo a todas las clases, estar presente haste el fin de ellas, asi como a hacer las tareas asignadas.
5. Yo me comprometo a llegar a tiempo al trabajo, trabajar lo mejor posible y dar a la Directora del Ulpan la hoja de trabajo, firmada por el encargado, al fin de cada mes.
6. Seguro de enfermedad: (indique)
• Si soy "Ole Hadash" se que tengo que ir al "Bituaj Leumi"(seguro social) a poner al dia mi seguro o en el correo, inmediatamente.
• Si soy turista tengo seguro desde el momento de comenzar el programa hasta su fin ("clalit turist").
Si dejo el programa por alguna de estas razones: no querer seguir en el programa, por una peticion de la directora, por tener que salir de Israel o desde el ultimo dia del Ulpan, el seguro no es vigente.
7. Yo me comprometo a no usar ningun tipo de violencia, fisica y/o verbal, durante el Ulpan.
8. El uso de cualquier tipo de droga es pohibido por las leyes Israelies. Por esta razon yo me comprometo a no hacer uso de drogas durante el Ulpan.
Se que la directora del Ulpan puede en cualquier momento pedirme pasar un examen de drogas, si el resultado de dicho examen fuse positivo, debo dejar el Ulpan inmediatamente. Yo tengo la posibilidad de rehusar el examen de drogas, en dicho caso debo dejar el Ulpan de inmediato.
9. Se que el consumo de alcohol a los mayores de 18 años es permitido en Israel, pero enborrachamiento que pueda traer un comportamiento no adecuado, puede traer como consecuencia mi expulsion del programa.
10. Se que la directora del Ulpan y la Madre de casa, deben tener en cuenta mi estado de salud y por esta razon yo libero mi privacidad medica, dejandoles ver mis documentos medicos, asi como yo me comprometo a seguir cualquier tratamiento que el doctor haya ordenado.
11. Recibire el deposito entero solo si: termine el Ulpan de 5 meses, no cause daño alguno a las instalaciones y/o a la propiedad del Ulpan, deje mi habitacion limpia al fin del Ulpan (condicioneslas cuales deben la aprovadas po la "em ha bait"). En caso de: no haber dejado la habitacion en buenas condiciones, no haber entregado la hoja de trabajo firmada no habra devolucion del deposito.Si deje el Ulpan o me pidieron dejar el Ulpan por alguna razon, antes de concluir el programa no habra devolucion del deposito.
12. Al fin del Ulpan me comprometo a devolver la habitacion limpia como la recibi. La Em Ha Bait debe aprovar la limpieza y despues de haber devuelto todos los articulos del ulpan, podre recibir el deposito. Si los ocupantes de alguna habitacion se niegan a limpiar, se descontaran de su deposito 150 shekalim para pagar el servicio de un empleado de limpieza.
13. Se que debo traer un certificado medico el cual da fe de mi salud y me da la posibilidad de salir a paseos y hacer deportes durante el Ulpan.
14. Se que el seguro medico no cubre ninguna enfermedad y/o estado medico adquirido antes de comenzar el Ulpan. El seguro cubre solo mi estancia en Israel durante el Ulpan.
15. Se que la piscina (alberca, pileta) del Kibutz no tiene salvavidas y por esa razon esta prohibido entrar a ella. El horario de uso sera provisionado por el Ulpan.
