eStoy Application
eStoy is conceived for emergency situations on which people you trust is allowed to check your location or listen to surrounding sounds to try to find out your whereabouts.
You have full control over who can locate and monitor you and can enable or disable either function separately. You can also check at any time who has located or monitored you and when.
An authorized contact who wants to locate or monitor you has to send you an SMS from his mobile phone with the following content:

If he is locating you, he will receive your position in a formated SMS. He can use one of the eStoy viewers available at Nokia Ovi to view the position on a map.
If he is monitoring you, he will receive a call from your mobile. After answering it, he will be able to listen to sounds around your mobile.
eStoy also allows you to define a SOS Key. The SOS key will trigger a call to a configured number. You may also configure the application to send last known location and to get and send the current location to the SOS number. The SOS number cannot be set to an official emergency number (112, 911, etc).

The Rapiscan 520DV (Dual View) provides a horizontal and vertical view of the object under inspection to improve throughput and provide better object discrimination. These two perpendicular views provide a complete perspective of complex parcels regardless of their orientation in the X-ray system. Dual view technology eliminates the need for screeners to reposition and re-scan parcels in high security environments.
The dual energy 520DV provides automatic color coding of materials with different atomic numbers so that screeners can easily identify objects within the parcel.
The Rapiscan 520DV has a large tunnel opening of 640mm (25.2 inches) wide by 430mm (16.9 inches) high to accommodate large parcels. The system is available in both Right Hand and Left Hand configurations.
Features & Options
Network Display Station (NDS): NDS improves threat detection, throughput, and simplifies operating procedures by enabling the operator performing a manual search of suspect bags to reconcile the actual bag contents with the scanned image.
Network Management System (NMS): Allows a supervisor to monitor the performance of many X-ray checkpoints in a large facility from a single location.
Enhanced Performance X-ray (EPX): Enables consistent detection of materials having characteristics of explosives, narcotics, gold, currency and agricultural products.

Стаття 4. Юридичний статус Товариства
4.1. Товариство є юридичною особою згідно з чинним законодавством України. Товариство набуває статусу підприємства з іноземними інвестиціями з дня зарахування іноземної інвестиції на його баланс.
4.2. Товариство є господарським товариством, статутний капітал якого поділений на частки між Учасниками і основною метою діяльності якого є отримання прибутку в інтересах Учасників, задоволення громадських та особистих потреб.
4.3. Товариство має такі ж цивільні права та обов'язки (цивільну правоздатність), як і фізична особа, крім тих, які за своєю природою можуть належати лише людині.
4.4. Цивільна правоздатність Товариства може бути обмежена лише за рішенням суду.
4.5. Товариство може здійснювати окремі види діяльності, перелік яких встановлюється законом, після одержання ним спеціального дозволу (ліцензії).
4.6. Цивільна правоздатність Товариства виникає з моменту його створення і припиняється з дня внесення до єдиного державного реєстру запису про його припинення.
4.7. Товариство має самостійний баланс, рахунки в фінансово-кредитних установах, у т.ч. валютні.
4.8. Товариство має круглу печатку с власним найменуванням, штамп, товарний знак та інші атрібути юридичної особи.
4.9. Товариство набуває цивільних прав та обов'язків і здійснює їх через свої органи, які діють відповідно до цього Статуту та закону. Порядок створення органів Товариства встановлюється цим Статутом та законом.
4.10. У випадках, встановлених законом, Товариство може набувати цивільних прав та обов'язків і здійснювати їх через своїх Учасників.
4.11. Орган або особа, яка відповідно до Статуту Товариства чи закону виступає від імені Товариства, зобов'язаний діяти в інтересах Товариства, добросовісно і розумно та не перевищувати своїх повноважень.
4.12. Якщо члени органу Товариства та інші особи, які відповідно до цього Статуту або закону виступають від імені Товариства, порушують свої обов'язки щодо представництва, вони несуть солідарну відповідальність за збитки, завдані ними Товариству.
4.13. Товариство має право на недоторканність його ділової репутації, на таємницю кореспонденції, на інформацію та інші особисті немайнові права, які можуть йому належати.
4.14. Товариство має право створювати філії та представництва, а також бути учасником та інших юридичних осіб як на території України, так і на території іноземних держав згідно з положеннями цього Статуту та законодавства України.
4.15. Фiлiї та представництва не є юридичними особами. Вони надiляються майном Товариства, i дiють на пiдставi затвердженого ним положення.
4.16. Керiвники фiлiй та представництв призначаються Товариством i дiють на пiдставi виданої Товариством довiреностi.
4.17. Товариство самостiйно вiдповiдає за своїми зобов'язаннями усiм належним йому майном.
4.18. Товариство не несе відповідальності за зобов'язаннями держави або державних органів України, держава або державні органи України не несуть відповідальності за зобов'язаннями Товариства.
4.19. Учасник Товариства не вiдповiдає за зобов'язаннями Товариства, а Товариство не вiдповiдає за зобов'язаннями її Учасника.
4.20. Учасники Товариства не вiдповiдають за його зобов'язаннями i несуть ризик збиткiв, пов'язаних з дiяльнiстю товариства, у межах вартостi своїх вкладiв.
4.21. Учасники Товариства, якi не повнiстю внесли вклади, несуть солiдарну вiдповiдальнiсть за його зобов'язаннями у межах вартостi невнесеної частини вкладу кожного з учасникiв.
4.22. Учасники Товариства, несуть солідарну відповідальність за зобов'язаннями, що виникли до державної реєстрації Товариства.
4.23. Товариство відповідає за зобов'язаннями його Учасників, що пов'язані з його створенням, тільки у разі наступного схвалення їхніх дій відповідним органом Товариства.
4.24. Товариство може від свого імені укладати угоди, набувати та здійснювати майнові та особисті немайнові права, нести обов'язки, пов’язані зі здійсненням діяльності, яка не заборонена законодавством України, бути позивачем та відповідачем у суді, господарському та третейському судах.

Article 4. Legal position of the Company
4.1. The Сompany is a legal person in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The company acquires the status of enterprise with foreign investments from the date of transfer of the foreign investment to its balance.
4.2. The Company is an economic partnership with the charter capital divided into shares amongst its shareholders and the main purposes of its activities being the pursuit of profits in the interests of the shareholders, sufficing of public and personal needs.
4.3. Company shall have the same civil rights and obligations (legal capacity) as a natural person other than those which, by their nature, may belong only to a human.
4.4. Company’s legal capacity may be restricted only by court decision.
4.5. Company may carry out separate kinds of activity, the list of which shall be specified by the law, after receiving thereby special approval (license).
4.6. Company’s legal capacity shall occur from the moment of its creation and shall terminate from the day of entering the record of its termination to the Uniform State Register.
4.7. The Сompany has an independent balance, account in financial and credit institutions, including currency.
4.8. The Company has round stamp with its own name, title block, trade-mark and other attributes of the legal person.
4.9. Company shall acquire civil rights and obligations and exercise them through the bodies acting in accordance with the present Charter and the law. Procedure for the creation of the Company’s bodies shall be specified by the present Charter and the law.
4.10. In cases specified by the law, the Company may acquire civil rights and obligations and exercise them through its shareholders.
4.11. The body or the person, which in accordance with the Company’s Charter or the law acts on its behalf, is obliged to perform fair and reasonable actions in the interests of the Company and not to exceed its/his/her powers.
4.12. If shareholders of a Company’s body and other persons, who in accordance with the present Charter or the law act on behalf of the legal entity, violate their obligations regarding representation, they shall bear joint responsibility for the losses inflicted thereby to the Company.
4.13. Legal entity shall have a right to its business standing immunity, secrecy of correspondence, information and other personal non-property rights it may own.
4.14. The Сompany has the right to open branches and representative offices, and also to participate in the capital of other legal persons both on the territory of Ukraine, and on the territory of foreign states in accordance with the present Charter and legislation of Ukraine.
4.15. Branches and representative offices are not legal entities. They are provided the property of the Company, and act on the basis of the regulations approved thereby.
4.16. The chief persons of branches and representative offices shall be appointed by the Company and act on the basis of the power of attorney granted thereby.
4.17. Company shall incur independent liability regarding its obligations concerning all property it owns.
4.18. The Сompany does not bear the responsibility under the obligations of the states or state bodies of Ukraine; the state or state bodies of Ukraine does not bear the responsibility under the obligations of the Company.
4.19. The shareholders of the Company shall not incur liability on the Company’s obligations and the Company shall not answer for the obligations of its shareholders.
4.20. Shareholders of the Сompany are not liable for its obligations and bear risks of loss connected with the Company activities up to their contribution value.
4.21. Shareholders of the Company, who have not made their contributions in full, shall incur a joint liability on its obligations within the value of the not contributed share of the contribution of each its shareolders.
4.22. Shareholders of the Company, shall incur joint liability on obligations that occurred prior to its state registration.
4.23. Company shall incur liability on obligations of its shareholders, which are connected with the creation thereof, only in the case of subsequent approval of their actions by the appropriate body of the Company.
4.24. The Company can on its own behalf conclude agreements, acquire and realize property and personal non-property rights, to bear the responsibilities connected with the realization of activity, not prohibited by the legislation of Ukraine, to be the claimant and respondent in court of the general jurisdiction, in economic and arbitration courts.
4.25. The company has the right to sell and to purchase, to gift, to exchange, to mortgage, to demise, to transmit free of charge or in any other way to acquire and to dispose property, including real estate, and also other material assets or proprietary interests upon them both in Ukraine and abroad, and also to write them off from its balance.
4.26. The company has the right to realize any operations within the limits of the rights given by the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, to conclude contracts at its own discretion with legal persons and citizens both in Ukraine and abroad.
4.27. The Company can posess buildings, structures, locations, land lots, machines, equipment, transport facilities, securities, information, scientific designs, technological patents, and other property and rights on property, including on intellectual property.
4.28. The Company has the right to independently realize foreign trade activities, which is accorded by the current legislation of Ukraine.
4.29. Upon realization of foreign trade activities the Company has all rights of the subject of foreign trade activities according to the current legislation of Ukraine.

About Kelly's Hotel and The Spice Trader Bar...
The Hotel is named after our owners youngest son, the very lovely, Kelly who is 3.
We named the bar after researching the island's history, we discovered that the founder of Penang, Captain Francis Light (a spice trader) had stayed in Phuket for ten years.
The local people loved him so much they volunteered to become part of the British Empire and they also scoured the island for the most beautiful wife for him so that he would not leave. He did marry her and they had 6 children.
The East India company forced him to go across the Straits of Mallaca and whilst there, it was he who warned the people of Phuket that the Burmese were about to invade the island allowing the two sisters Thao Thepkasattri and Thao Srisunthorn to lead the successful defense of the island.
(The two sisters are honored with the large statue in Thailand which you will see on your drive from the airport).
We offer a well stocked bar with draught beer and a great wine list. Our restaurant menu caters for the quick snack to a satisfying meal sure to please the most sophisticated palette.
We took the property over in early 2008 and it has been great to bring the place back to it's former glory.
We completely refurbished the entire building and rooms to bring them up to date, but we have not compromised on style nor atmosphere.
Bringing together our 35 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry and the buildings innate charm we think we have created a unique space in this crowded market, something a little bit more special.
LOCATION
We are situated centrally on Nanai Road in the heart of Patong Beach.
We are 5 minutes from Jungceylon shopping center, walk through Jungceylon and you are on the world famous Bangla Road, the center of all the nightlife.
The beach is at the bottom of Bangla Road, about another 4 minutes walk.
In summary, every place you want to go in Patong is between 5 and 15 minutes away from Kelly's.
It can take longer if you stop to do some shopping or have a beer on the way. (This is here because we have been asked this question).
Kelly's is ideally situated to be close enough to walk to everything and far away from from the frantically noisy nightlife and traffic to ensure a good nights sleep.

CHEATING ALERT
Phuket is a great tourist destination but like all busy resort towns worldwide cheats
are attracted to such places and target the tourist pocket.
The Phuket taxi companies will cheat you especially airport taxis. They let you into
their taxi and pretend that they will take you to your destination. Halfway there they stop
for the toilet or whatever. A woman will then appear and ask you where you are going (smiling)
You tell her, she replies that she does not know that hotel or that they have a fire or closed.
She will then 'help' you by telling you that she has a good hotel for you and it will be cheaper.
All of this is for commission for booking you into an hotel that belongs to her friends, it's usually expensive too.
Please save yourself and us some heartache and allow us to order your taxi from a reputable company. It is cheaper (B600) and you will arrive un-hassled and promptly.
Send us your flight details 4 days before your departure, we then forward them to the company that we use at the same time and we all check the details. They will be waiting for you when your flight arrives with a sign saying Kelly's Hotel.

Об Отеле Kelly's и Баре Spice Trader's...
Отель назван в честь любимого младшего сына наших собственников, трехлетнего Келли.
Наш бар получил свое название после того, как в результате наших исследований истории острова, мы обнаружили, что основатель Пенанга, капитан Фрэнсис Лайт (торговец специями, по англ. spice trader) жил на Пхукете в течение 10 лет.
Местные жители так сильно его полюбили, что ради него они добровольно стали частью Британской империи, а также, обыскав весь остров, они нашли для него самую красивую женщину, чтобы он взял ее в жены и не уезжал с острова. Капитан женился на ней и у них родились 6 детей.
Ост-Индская кампания заставила Фрэнсиса Лайта идти через пролив Маллака и, прибыв на остров, он оповестил народ Пхукета о том, что бирманские силы готовятся к нападению на остров, тем самым предоставив возможность сестрам Тхао Тхеп Красатри и Тхао Си Сунтхон обеспечить успешную защиту острова.

1. Загальні Положення
1.1. У Товаристві може створюватися постійно діючий орган управління та контролю за діяльністю виконавчого органу Товариства - Рада Директорів Товариства, члени якого обираються на Загальних Зборах Учасників Товариства з рахунку його Учасників та інших осіб.
1.2. Рада Директорів Товариства є колегіальним органом управління, який представляє учасників Товариства в період між загальними зборами.
1.3. Рада Директорів Товариства здійснює загальне керівництво діяльністю Товариства, а також контроль за виконання рішень загальних зборів та іншою діяльністю його виконавчого органу в період між Загальними Зборами Учасників Товариства.
1.4. Термін повноважень ради Директорів встановлюється на підставі рішеннь Загальних Зборів Товариства
1.5. Кількість членів Ради директорів повинна бути не менше двох осіб і не більше сьоми осіб.
2. Порядок створення і склад Ради Директорів
