Source text - English ARTICLE 10. - EXPENSES
In addition to the Fee, the Team shall pay or reimburse to the Company the following expenses reasonably and properly incurred by the Driver in performance of the services to the Team under this Agreement, provided always that they are properly vouched and receipted and that single items of expense in excess of Euros 500.00 (Euros one thousand five hundred) shall have been agreed in advance by the Team:
Travelling expenses of the Driver: in business class (Only if long haul over 5 hours) on commercial airlines for all international travels requested by the Team and/or required under the terms of this Agreement during the Term;
All other reasonable travelling (other than referred to in the above paragraph) and lodging expenses, incurred to provide the services by the Driver under this Agreement including the costs of one additional air ticket in business class (Only if long haul over 5 hours) for one person accompanying the Driver at the Races and the costs of two rooms in the same hotel of suitable standard for the Driver and his manager at each Grand Prix;
Subject to the Team’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, such reasonable costs up to an aggregate amount of Euros 80,000.00 (Euros eighty thousand) per Season of any generally recognized physical training program aiming at improving the racing performance of the Driver;
Subject to the Team’s prior written approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, such reasonable costs up to an aggregate amount of Euros 35,000.00 (Euros thirty-five thousand) per Season for a simulator training program which the Team may request the Driver to engage.
In the case of the Driver arranging his own method of transportation to the events requested by the Team, the Driver will have the right to receive reimbursement of an amount equivalent to the two business class tickets on commercial airlines referred to in this article upon the presentation of a valid invoice to the Team.
For the purposes of reimbursement of the expenses referred to above, the Driver shall compile a schedule of expenses incurred in each calendar month attaching the associated vouchers and receipts and shall submit the same to the Team at the end of the relevant calendar month.
Translation - Russian СТАТЬЯ 10. - РАСХОДЫ
В дополнение к Вознаграждению, Команда обязана оплатить или возместить Компании следующие обоснованные расходы, которые связаны с деятельностью Пилота в рамках предоставления услуг Команде согласно условий настоящего Контракта, при условии наличия подтверждения таких расходов и квитанций. Если сумма отдельных расходов превышает 1 500.00 Евро (Одна тысяча пятьсот Евро), то необходимо предварительно согласовать такие расходы с Командой:
Командировочные расходы Пилота: В бизнес классе (только если время перелета превышает 5 часов) коммерческих авиалиний во время международных поездок, связанных с деятельностью Команды и/или если такие поездки необходимы в рамках данного Контракта и совершены во время его Срока;
Все другие обоснованные командировочные расходы (не упомянутые в предыдущем параграфе) и расходы на проживание, связанные с предоставлением Пилотом своих услуг по данному Контракту, включая стоимость одного дополнительного авиабилета в бизнес классе (только если время перелета превышает 5 часов) для одного лица, сопровождающего Пилота на Гонках и стоимость двух комнат в одном отеле подходящего класса для Пилота и его менеджера в ходе каждого Гран-при;
Команда должна предварительно в письменном виде одобрить расходы в сумме до 80,000.00 Евро (Восемьдесят тысяч Евро) в течение Сезона направленные на проведение общепризнанных физических тренировок, предназначенных для улучшения спортивных гоночных показателей Пилота. Команда не должна необоснованно отказывать в предоставлении одобрения или затягивать его выдачу;
Команда должна предварительно в письменном виде одобрить расходы в сумме до 35,000.00 Евро (Тридцать пять тысяч Евро) в течение Сезона направленные на проведение тренировок Пилота на симуляторе. Команда не должна необоснованно отказывать в предоставлении одобрения или затягивать его выдачу.
Если Пилот предпочитает использовать другой вид транспорта для поездки на мероприятия, проводимые Командой, то он имеет право на возмещение суммы, эквивалентной стоимости двух билетов в бизнес классе коммерческих авиалиний, упомянутых в данном разделе, при условии предоставления Команде соответствующего счета-фактуры.
Для получения возмещения упомянутых выше расходов, Пилоту необходимо составить перечень расходов, понесенных в каждом календарном месяце и приложить подтверждающие документы и чеки, и представить его Команде в конце соответствующего календарного месяца.
