At the little town of Vevey, in Switzerland, there is a particularly comfortable hotel. There are, indeed, many hotels, for the entertainment of tourists is the business of the place, which, as many travelers will remember, is seated upon the edge of a remarkably blue lake—a lake that it behooves every tourist to visit. The shore of the lake presents an unbroken array of establishments of this order, of every category, from the "grand hotel" of the newest fashion, with a chalk-white front, a hundred balconies, and a dozen flags flying from its roof, to the little Swiss pension of an elder day, with its name inscribed in German-looking lettering upon a pink or yellow wall and an awkward summerhouse in the angle of the garden. One of the hotels at Vevey, however, is famous, even classical, being distinguished from many of its upstart neighbors by an air both of luxury and of maturity. In this region, in the month of June, American travelers are extremely numerous; it may be said, indeed, that Vevey assumes at this period some of the characteristics of an American watering place. There are sights and sounds which evoke a vision, an echo, of Newport and Saratoga. There is a flitting hither and thither of "stylish" young girls, a rustling of muslin flounces, a rattle of dance music in the morning hours, a sound of high-pitched voices at all times. You receive an impression of these things at the excellent inn of the "Trois Couronnes" and are transported in fancy to the Ocean House or to Congress Hall. But at the "Trois Couronnes," it must be added, there are other features that are much at variance with these suggestions: neat German waiters, who look like secretaries of legation; Russian princesses sitting in the garden; little Polish boys walking about held by the hand, with their governors; a view of the sunny crest of the Dent du Midi and the picturesque towers of the Castle of Chillon.

V mestečku Vevey vo Švajčiarsku existuje jeden obzvlášť útulný hotel. Existuje tam samozrejme veľa hotelov, pretože pohostinstvo pre turistov je poslaním tohto miesta, ktoré, ako si mnohí cestovatelia budú pamätať, je usadené na okraji pozoruhodne modrého jazera — jazera, ktorému patrí návšteva každého turistu. Breh jazera predstavuje neprerušený rad zariadení tohto charakteru každej kategórie, od najmodernejšieho "grand hotela" s kriedovo bielou fasádou, stovkami balkónov a tuctom vlajok vejúcich z jeho strechy, až po malý švajčiarsky penzión zo staršieho obdobia, s názvom napísaným nemecky vyzerajúcimi písmenami na ružovej alebo žltej stene a s nevhodným letným altánkom v kúte záhrady. Avšak jeden z hotelov vo Vevey je preslávený, dokonca klasický, odlišujúci sa od mnohých z jeho povýšeneckých susedov vďaka svojej atmosfére luxusu a zrelosti. If you start using Wordfast, take time to get acquainted with it before engaging in large or complex projects. Make sure you test Wordfast on your system and are aware of its limitations. Not all projects or documents can be translated with Wordfast.
There is a level of complexity (in layout, formatting, documents embedding other documents, dynamic documents linked to sophisticated templates, documents with very large tables, etc.) beyond which Wordfast, and any CAT tool, will give up.
When you consider starting a translation project where there are formats or layouts you have not handled before, test-drive Wordfast on sample paragraphs to make sure it will behave correctly before accepting the job. Proceed with caution when there are technicalities you are not comfortable with.
Wordfast does not replace the translator's or the client's technical ability to handle documents. Like all tools, Wordfast requires skills - it does not replace skills.
The Wordfast website (www.wordfast.net) download page has training guides that are illustrated, step-by-step methods for beginners. Do not attempt to use Wordfast unless you learned the basics with the training guide level 1. The short instructions for use further below assume you're already comfortable with basic Ms-Word operation.
Format: Wordfast uses TMs in either plain text format (ANSI), or Unicode format (UTF-16 only, on Mac or PC). The Wordfast TM format is open, straightforward, easy to read, maintain, share, and store. It is fully described in this manual in the Wordfast TM format section. Any text editor can open a Wordfast TM for viewing, editing, merging, proof-reading etc. Microsoft Word can be used to manage TMs, but Wordfast itself offers tools to edit TMs.
This format guarantees robust data, superior versatility and compatibility. It is probably the most compact format in the industry: a Wordfast TM is typically three to four times less bulky than its competitors. This is important when vast collections of TMs are considered.
The Wordfast TM format has never changed: Wordfast versions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 all share the same format. This format is extensible for future features without destroying compatibility with previous versions.
Compatibility: Wordfast can read and write (import from, export to) the TMX format.
TM engine performance: The Wordfast TM engine is built to spot exact and/or fuzzy matches in less than half a second in most cases.

Po nástupe kresťanstva sa na Slovensku objavil zákaz ľudových divadelných predstavení, ktoré často súviseli s pohanskými rituálmi. Z neskoršieho obdobia sa zachovali dialogické scénky, ktoré čerpajú námety z biblických motívov. Tie postupne prerástli do cyklov vianočných a veľkonočných hier. Správy o nich máme z Bratislavy a Bardejova. V roku 1536 bola v Bratislave uvedená prvá svetská hra. Od 16. storočia sa nositeľom divadelnej tradície stalo hlavne školstvo. Máme záznamy o divadelných predstavenia v Kremnici, Banskej Štiavnici, Bardejove, Trnave, Prešove, Košiciach a inde. Za prvých slovenských dramatikov považujeme Pavla Kyrmezera a Jura Tesáka-Mošovského.
Ďalší vývoj divadla ovplyvnili jezuiti - prvé jezuitské predstavenie sa konalo v r. 1601 v Šali. So slovenskými dialógmi sa stretávame pri divadelnom predstavení roku 1632 v Trnave. Roku 1648 v Spišskej Kapitule bolo v domácom nárečí uvedené celé predstavenie. S materinským jazykom sa stretávame pri divadelných predstaveniach na piaristických školách v rôznych slovenských mestách. Od 17. storočia máme zmienky o prvých špecializovaných budovách, ktoré slúžili na divadelné predstavenia. V polovici 19. storočia malo každé významné slovenské mesto svoj divadelný objekt. Veľký rozmach zaznamenalo najmä ochotnícke divadlo, ktorého centrum bolo do polovice 19. storočia v Liptovskom Svätom Mikuláši. Z neho sa presunulo do Turčianskeho Svätého Martina. Práve v tomto meste sa rozvíjal Slovenský spevokol, ktorý podstatne ovplyvnil rozvoj slovenského divadelníctva.
Translation - English THEATER
Soon after the entrance of Christianity into Slovakia there was prohibition of folk theatrical performances because they closely related with pagan rituals. The dialog skits, which are preserved from this latter period, had been inspired by Biblical motives. They then successively grew into the cycle of Christmas and Eastern plays. We have reports about them from Bratislava and Bardejov. The first profane (common people’s) play in Bratislava was introduced in 1536. Since 16. century the education became a bearer of theatrical tradition. We have reports about theatrical performances in Kremnica, Banská Štiavnica, Bardejov, Trnava, Prešov, Košice and elsewhere. We consider the first Slovak dramatists to be Pavel Kyrmezer and Jur Tesák–Mošovský.
Following theater development was influenced by Jesuits – the first Jesuit performance took place in 1601 in Šaľa. We can the see the Slovak dialect in theatrical performance in 1632 in Trnava. In 1648 the whole performance in local dialect was introduced in Spišská Kapitula. There was then the use of the home language during theatrical performances on Piarist schools in various Slovak towns. Since 17. century we have references to the first specialized buildings for theatrical performances. Every important Slovak town had its theater in the half of 19. century. The great prosperity in amateur acting – its center was in Liptovský Svätý Mikuláš till the half of 19. century. It then moved to Turčiansky Svätý Martin. In this town the Slovak Chorus prospered, which substantially influenced Slovak dramatic art.

Zariadenie obsashuje vodný ohrievač, chladiaci výmenník a rekuperátor s obtokom.
Snímač teploty na vetve odpadného vzduchu za rekuperátorom je určený pre riadenie regulačných klapiek vzduchu pre nastavenie paralelných prietokov cez rekuperátor a cez obtok v zimnom období.
Ovládanie regulačných klapiek sa aktivizuje pri poklese teploty vonkajšieho vzduchu pod bodom mrznutia.
Spínač diferenčného tlaku na rekuperátore je určený na kontrolu priechodnosti od-padného vzduchu rekuperátorom. Priechodnosť sa môže znížiť v dôsledku konden-zácie vodných pár z odchádzajúceho vzduchu a ich následným namŕzaním na vý-menníkových plochách.
Pre regulačnú polohu nastavenia klapiek rekuperátorom a obtokom je nutné zohľad-niť hodnotu teploty vonkajšieho vzduchu pod bodom mrazu.
Prietok ohrievacej vody resp. chladiva do výmenníkov je regulovaný trojcestnými ven-tilmi riadenými podústredňou DCS systému na základe teploty ohriateho vratného vzduchu.
Umiestnenie poústredne DCS bude v paneli osadenom do m.č 2.77-Schodište.

Equipment comprises of water heater, cooling exchanger and recuperator with the by-pass.
Temperature sensor on the outlet air branch after the recuperator is for control of the regulating air stops due to the setting of parallel flows through the recuperator and by-pass during the winter season.
Operation of the regulation stops is activated during a fall in temperature of an open-air below freezing-point.
Differential pressure switch on the recuperator is intended for flow control of waste air through the recuperator. The flow can fall as a result of water condensation from out-going air and their further freezing on the exchanger surfaces.
Due to the regulation adjusting of stops by recuperator and by-pass, it is necessary to take into account temperature value of open-air under freezing-point.
Heating water or coolant flow into the exchangers is controlled by the three-way val-ves controlled by the DCS sub-centre based on heated back air temperature.
The DCS sub-centre is localised at the panel installed inside the room no. 2.77 - Staircase.

Zasielateľ je manažérom prepravy a má povinnosť vynaložiť odbornú starostlivosť pri realizácii záväzkov vyplývajúcich zo zmluvy. Jeho úlohou, pri zohľadnení minimalizácie prepravných nákladov, minimalizácie rizík vyplývajúcich z prepravy, je zabezpečiť optimálny priebeh prepravy tovaru zo zdroja do cieľa. Je spojnicou medzi prepravcom a dopravcom, medzi výrobcom a spotrebiteľom, medzi exportérom a importérom. Je tvorcom ceny za prepravu.
Zasielateľ poskytuje balenie a označovanie tovaru, volí vhodný dopravný prostriedok, zabezpečuje potrebné služby pri colnom odbavovaní tovaru, môže ručiť za colný dlh. Zabezpečuje poistenie tovaru počas prepravy a skladovania, poskytuje služby pri vystavovaní potrebných sprievodných a iných dokladov, chráni záujmy prepravcu.
Zasielateľ nakupuje služby dopravcov (dopravné kapacity), prípadne služby iných zasielateľov, ktoré potom predáva svojim zákazníkom, aktívne sa spoluzúčastňuje na celkovej realizácii jednotlivých obchodných operácii. Napomáha urýchlenému toku finančných prostriedkov za predávaný tovar vydávaním dokumentov akceptovaných finančnými inštitúciami a colnými úradmi.
Zasielateľ ako znalec dopravných prostriedkov a majúci prehľad o cenovej situácii na dopravnom trhu ponúka nové prepravné spojenia a najvhodnejšie formy. Kombinovaním zásielok a foriem dopravy je racionalizátorom prepravného procesu. K tomuto procesu využíva dopravné prostriedky, zariadenia, terminály, výpočtovú a spojovú techniku a svoje spojenia v zahraničí. Na požiadanie prepravcu poskytuje svoje informačné systémy o pohybe tovaru, od miesta nakládky až po miesto vykládky.
Zasielateľ vo vzťahu k dopravnému prostriedku je neutrálny a spolupracuje so všetkými dopravcami t.j. využíva najvhodnejšie dopravné prostriedky.
Translation - English The forwarding contract is always commercial treaty (business contract) and it is of commission contract's type. It is always absolute business.
The forwarder is manager of transport and he has the obligation to spend the skilled care during the realisation of obligations resulted from the terms of contract. His task, with reference to the minimisation of transportation cost, the minimisation of risk resulted from transport, is to provide the optimal course of transport of goods from the source to the destination. He is connecting line between carrier and principal, between producer and consumer, between exporter and importer. He is creator of price of transport.
The forwarder provides packing and marking of goods, selects the proper vehicle, supplies the necessary services during customs clearance of the goods, can guarantee the customs debt. He secures the goods' insurance during its transport and warehousing, provides his services during the issue of necessary accompanying and other documents, protects the carrier's interests.
The forwarder buys the carriers' services (freight capacities), or the services of other forwarders, which then sells to his customers, actively participates on the complex realisation of individual commercial transactions. He supports the accelerated flow of funds for the marketed goods by issuing of documents, which are accepted by financial institutions and customs offices.
The forwarder, as an expert in vehicles, being in the picture about the price situation on transportation market, offers the new traffic channels and the best suitable means. He is rationaliser of transportation process by the combination of consignments and transport means. In this process he exploits the transport means, equipment, terminals, computers and telecommunication technologies with his contacts in abroad. At the forwarder's request he provides his information system about the movement of goods, from the place of loading to the place of unloading.
The forwarder, in relation to the vehicle, is neutral and co-operates with all carriers, that is he exploits the most suitable vehicles.
