Source text - English The meat from American Bison (and game meat such as venison and elk) is much lower in fat than other red meat, and can serve as a delicious substitute for beef. Bison tastes very similar to beef, but is actually a bit richer.
Bison can be used in most dishes that call for beef; however, since bison is lower in fat, you’ll have better results if you use lower temperatures for cooking, especially for ground bison. Bison steaks can be prepared just like beef. They’re best if not cooked past medium doneness (about 145 degrees Fahrenheit measured with a meat thermometer), meaning the steak is still pink in the middle.
Depending on where you live, bison may be available in your local grocery store, or you may have to travel to a larger store or purchase it online. You can also use venison (deer meat) or elk to replace beef in your diet. They have similar nutritional profiles, but a slightly gamier (but still delicious!) flavor.

The island which is famous for its beautiful underwater scenery becomes one of the 10 best marines in the world because the completeness of its flora and fauna.
According to local myth, the island came from a woman who found seven eggs. Four of the eggs hatched and turned into four princes that separated and ruled as kings in each place which are Waigeo, Salawati, east Misool and west Misool. Those four kings who lived in the four islands then called Raja Ampat. The other three eggs turned into a ghost, a woman and a stone.
In this island, you will see a magnificent view of the small islands around Raja Ampat, white sand, turquoise color of the sea water, beautiful hills, peacocks with various kinds of orchid and the underwater view that is famous around the world. In the water, your eyes will be spoiled by the amazing scenery of corals and infinite flora and fauna diversity.
Besides the underwater scenery, Raja Ampat has attractive prehistoric and historic heritage. In Misool, palm stamps tacked on the rock and estimated to be 50,000 years old. This is one of evidence showing the series of human spread from west of archipelago to Papua and Melanesia. You can visit the wreck of the plane from world war II in some diving spots around Raja Ampat such as Wai island. Access to this place is not hard to find because the accommodation around Raja Ampat is sufficiently available.
