Source text - Russian За 2004 – 2007 год российский рынок алюминиевых композитных панелей вырос более чем в 4 раза. При этом в 2007 году рынок вырос на 131%. В 2008 году рост рынка замедлился и составил 54 % по отношению к 2007 году. В 2009 году объем потребления композитных панелей в России составил около 4 млн.кв. метров. Объем реализации уменьшился по отношению к 2008 году на 35 %.
В последние годы на рынке наблюдается тенденция импортозамещения. В 2004 году доля импорта на рынке достигала 94 %, в 2008 году – 56 %, а к 2009 году доля импорта снизилась до 23 %. Значительное снижение доли импорта в общем объеме рынка в 2009 году напрямую связано с существенным увеличением ставок таможенных пошлин на алюминий и изделий из него, сроками поставок композитных панелей из-за рубежа, а также с активными развитием российских производителей.
Translation - Japanese 2004年から2007年にかけて、ロシア市場のアルミ複合パネルは、4倍以上に増加した。2007年には市場は131％の成長を遂げたが、2008年には前年と比較すると、54％の成長率にとどまった。2009年には、ロシアにおける複合パネル消費量は、約4,000,000m2となり、2008年と比較すると売上げは35％減少した。

Source text - Ukrainian Прийняттям даного Статуту члени визнають, що вони були чітко проінформовані про умови, в яких вони надають аудіовізуальні матеріали в програму колекції URTI і беруть на себе зобов'язання поважати їх (наприклад, можливе вказання номера трансляції та затримок, або географічних обмежень і т.д.). Отже, з урахуванням положень даних Статей, вони гарантують URTI і членам використання аудіовізуальних матеріалів вільно від будь-якої апеляції або оспорювання по матеріалам, які таким чином надані URTI, і які будуть використані відповідно до цього Статуту і відповідно до вказівок, можливо даних Генеральним директором під час їх надання.
Крім того, члени беруть на себе зобов'язання по використанню аудіовізуальних матеріалів в каталозі URTI на умовах, передбачених цим Статутом (наприклад, виплата авторського права і суміжних прав) та у відповідності з можливими вказівками від Генерального директора (наприклад, обмеження кількості трансляцій і т.д.). У разі використання аудіовізуальних матеріалів в умовах, що не відповідають даному Статуту, відповідальність URTI і надаючого члена неможлива.
Translation - English By accepting the present statutes, the members acknowledge that they were clearly informed of the conditions in which they deposit audiovisual documents into the programme collection of URTI and commit themselves to respecting them (e.g. possible indication of broadcast number and delays or of geographical limitations, etc.). Consequently, subject to the dispositions of the present articles, they guarantee URTI and the members using the audiovisual documents against any appeal or contesting concerning the documents thus given URTI which would be used in accordance with the present statutes and according to the indications possibly notified to the Director general when they are deposited.
Likewise, the members commit themselves to using the audiovisual documents of the URTI catalogue in the conditions provided for by the present statutes (e.g. payment of the copyright and neighbouring rights) and according to the possible indications passed on to them by the Director general (e.g. limitation of the number of broadcasts, etc.). It will not be possible to search for the responsibility of URTI and of the depositing member in case of the use of an audiovisual document in conditions not in accordance with the present statutes.
