Trakindo Utama, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sdr. Marudut Nainggolan belum memenuhi seluruh kompetensi tersebut. Program pengembangan yang terpadu diperlukan, agar dapat menjalankan peran dan fungsinya sebagai Supervisor secara profesional. Pengembangan difokuskan pada kemampuannya dalam mencermati dan mengidentifikasikan inti masalah untuk mengurangi sikap yang mengedepankan pada commonsense dan asumsi yang tidak berlandaskan pada data dan fakta. Pengembangan lain yang diperlukan terkait dengan kemampuannya dalam me-manage tugas-tugas. Perlu pula mengembangkan inisiatifnya untuk banyak mencari tahu hal-hal baru yang terkait dengan bisnis perusahaan, manajemen dan organisasi, sehingga wawasannya dapat berkembang luas. Pengembangan dapat dilakukan melalui self development, job assignment dari atasan, ataupun dengan mengikuti pelatihan yang terkait.
Translation - English CONCLUSION & RECOMMENDATION
Considering the performance shown during the Management Skills Assessment Program, compared to the competencies criteria required as the Supervisor position of PT. Trakindo Utama, it is concluded that Mr. Marudut Nainggolan has not met any competencies required. In order to maximize his role and function as supervisor professionally, he needs some integrated development which is mainly focused on the close attention and identifying the core of the problem in order to decrease his attitude of emphasizing the commonsense and assumption unfit to the fact and data. Another development may be concerned with the task management. Besides, it is also recommended to develop his initiative in seeking the new things related to company business, management and organization as means of widening his knowledge. The development may also be executed through self development, job assignment from superior or through relevant training.
