서론
본 장은 교회 안의 작은 모임인 소그룹, 즉 속회를 이끌어가는 속회 지도자의 지도력 개발을 위한 이론적 근거를 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 구약과 신약에 나타난 소그룹 지도자들의 훈련 모습을 연구할 것이다. 그리고 소그룹 지도자에 관한 신학적 기초를 세우고, 마지막으로 속회에서 소그룹 지도자들이 어떻게 형성되었는지 역사적인 배경을 기술하면서 이론적 기초를 세울 것이다.
성서적 기초
성경에는 많은 지도자들이 소그룹을 통하여 신앙훈련을 한 예가 많다. 본 장에서는 성서에 나타난 소그룹 지도자들의 대표적인 사람을 선별하여 연구할 것이다. 구약에서는 모세와 여호수아, 그리고 신약에서는 예수님과 바울을 택하여 이들의 지도력이 어떻게 소그룹을 형성했으며, 이들의 지도력은 어떤 형태였는지, 또한 어떤 결과를 가져왔는지를 연구할 것이다.
Translation - English Biblical, Theological and Historical Bases
Introduction
This chapter will focus on presenting the theoretical foundation for the development of leadership of the class meeting leaders, who lead the small group meetings within the church. First, the training of the small group leaders in the Old Testament and New Testament will be studied. Then, the biblical basis will be set regarding the small group leaders, and finally the historical background regarding the formation of the small group leaders will be described and the theoretical basis will be set.
Biblical Basis
There are many examples in the bible of leaders having their faith training through small groups. In this chapter, the representative small group leaders in the bible will be selected and analyzed. Moses and Joshua from the Old Testament, and Jesus and Paul from the New Testament will be selected and analyzed in regards to how they formed small groups, what kind of form their leadership was, and what type of results were brought.
