PEMBERIAN IZIN PEMASUKAN SDG TANAMAN
DENGAN RAHMAT TUHAN YANG MAHA ESA
MENTERI PERTANIAN,
Menimbang: a. bahwa dengan Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 37/ Permentan / OT. 140/ 7/ 201 1 telah ditetapkan Pelestarian dan Pemanfaatan SDG Tanaman (SDG);
b. bahwa sebagai tindak lanjut Pasal 35, Peraturan Menteri tersebut, perlu memberikan izin pemasukan SDG;
Mengingat : 1. Keputusan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 157/ M Tahun 2010 tentang Pengangkatan Pejabat Eselon I di Lingkungan Kementerian Pertanian;
2. Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 61 / Permentan / OT. 140/ 10/2010 tentang Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Kementerian Pertanian;
3. Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 37/ Permentan / OT. 140/ 7/ 2011 tentang Pelestariari dan Pemanfaatan SDG Tanaman.
Memperhatikan:

c. mengikuti ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang karantina tumbuhan;
d. mengikuti tatacara pemasukan SDG sebagaimana dimaksud dalam diktum KESATU.
KETIGA: Izin sebagaimana dimaksud dalam diktum KESATU berlaku untuk jangka waktu …. (…..) …...
KEEMPAT: Pemegang izin wajib melaporkan pelaksanaan pemasukan SDG kepada Kepala Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan Pertanian dan Kepala Pusat Perlindungan Varietas Tanaman dan Perizinan Pertanian dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 7 (tujuh) hari kerja sejak realisasi pemasukan dilakukan.
KELIMA: Izin sebagaimana dimaksud dalam diktum KESATU disebut apabila tidak melaksanakan ketentuan sebagaimana dimaksud diktum KEDUA, atau tidak berlaku apabila dipindahtangankan kepada pihak lain.

GRANTING OF PERMIT TO IMPORT PLANT GR
WITH THE BLESSING OF GOD ALMIGHTY
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE,
Considering: a. whereas, Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 37/Permentan/OT.140/7/2011 stipulates Preservation and Utilization of Plant GR (SDG);
b. whereas, as the follow up to Article 35 of the aforementioned Ministerial Regulation, it is necessary to grant permit to import SDG;
In view of : 1. Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 157/M Year 2010 regarding appointment of Echelon I Officials within the Ministry of Agriculture;
2. Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 61/Permentan/OT.140/ 10/2010 regarding Organization and Work Procedures of the Ministry of Agriculture;
3. Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture Number 37/Permentan /OT.140/7/2011 regarding Preservation and Utilization of Plant GR.

SECOND: The holder of import permit must:
a. preserve the SDG and function of the environment;
b. properly store the imported SDG;
c. comply with laws and regulations on plant quarantine;
d. follow the procedures for importing SDG as intended in the FIRST dictum.
THIRD: The Permit as intended in the FIRST dictum shall be valid for a period of … (….) …...
FOURTH: The permit holder must report the implementation of SDG import to the Head of Agricultural Research and Development Agency and the Head of Agricultural Licensing and Plant Variety Protection Center within a maximum period of 7 (seven) business days as of the realized import.
FIFTH: The Permit as intended in the FIRST dictum shall be revoked in the event that the relevant party fails to implement the provisions as intended in the SECOND dictum, or shall be invalid if assigned to other parties.
SIXTH: This Decree shall come into force as of the date of its stipulation.
