If dismantled intact, the facility structural elements (arched and semiarched units, sections) will be relocated to their stockpile locations.
Storage Facility 29 (cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure, ~100 cm thick walls) presents an exception to described demolition activities – it will be eliminated by filling it with construction debris, placing demolition-generated reinforced concrete caps at its entrances, contouring the site with surrounding terrain and ensuring adequate surface water drainage.

После вскрытия ТМО, по визуальным данным, при выраженном отеке головного мозга необходимо повторное введение L-лизина эсцината 5,0-10,0 мл на 200,0 мл физраствора в/в кап. совместно с реосорбилактом 3-5 мл/кг, особенно при операциях по поводу опухолевого процесса головного мозга. При длительности операции более 2 часов через каждые 60 минут возможно добавление ГОМК из расчета 30-50 мг/кг.
Translation - English It is worth to mention that the continuing perfusion of preparations for the basic anesthesia is more favorable than the fractional one. In this case, the savings on preparations may reach 50%. The most painful stages of neurosurgery procedures are the skin dissection, placement of burr holes and rupture of pachymeninx. During these stages the higher infusion rate of preparations is possible within 30-50%, according to the haemodynamic indices. After pachymeninx is open the infusion rate may be lowered by 25% from initial. After pachymeninx is open, if the brain edema is prominent, repeated introduction is suggested of L-Lysine Aescinat of 5-10 ml per 200 ml of saline, i.v., gtt., jointly with Reosorbilact 3-5 ml/kg, especially for operations of brain edema. When operations extend to more than 2 hours, addition of Sodium Oxybuthyrate of 30-50 mg/kg every 60 minutes is possible.
