It was moved that E, Head of Administration, be elected Secretary of the AGM. Motion carried.
It was moved that F and G be elected as Scrutineers. Motion carried.
It was decided that H, the Association's Vice-President, should simultaneously translate the business of the AGM into English and I would translate into Italian.
The President, D, thanked J, Mayor K for attending this annual meeting and for having lent the L room, free of charge, to it. Those present applauded.
The president also thanked the whole of the gathered freeholders and welcomed new freeholders.
2° - PRESIDENT’S REPORT
The President tabled and spoke to a written report, particularly to three important points:
- Friendly separation with L, the Association’s accountant: The M has been totally independent since the 1st of January 2012. This autonomy will cause an increase in work for two of our executives, M and N.

The wet seal plates can be used as a waterproofing layer on walls in bathrooms and laundry rooms in homes and hotels; and in rooms with similar constraints. The use as a waterproofing layer requires the use of additional reinforcement bands and membranes in joints and fixing points. Other conditions of use are provided in section 7.
The plates can be mounted directly on the timber frame or on an existing base of e.g. masonry or concrete, including walls below ground level. The plates should always be covered with ceramic tiles or similar incombustible cladding.
