Bio

Born and raised in the south of the Netherlands, I
moved to Florence (Italy) in 1998, where I obtained a Ph.D. in cultural history
at the European University Institute in Florence.

Between 2011 and 2022 I have been active as a freelance translator. And since December 2022 I work as an in-house Dutch Content Executive at TUI Musement in Italy.
