Source text - English The Drum Lidding Station is designed for manual lidding of a filled Drum that is delivered by the Drum Transfer Conveyors from the G3 Sorting Cell 21R023.
The drum and the whole Drum Transfer Conveyor is located inside a housing.
For the lidding process the drum will be positioned at the Lifting Device B3KPF20AF306A of the Drum Transfer Conveyor.
At this part of the housing a shielding wall and a shielding window is implemented to protect the operator.
The needed lids are deposited at the buffer place inside the housing, which is designed for a maximum of three lids.
The buffer place is located next to the shielding window and can be moved along a guiding rail by the operator.
Refilling of the buffer is performed by opening a small, lockable hatch.
The lids can be grabbed by means of gloves that are integrated into the shielding wall.
Closing of a drum will be performed by pressing the lid onto the drum, optionally by means of an auxiliary tool.
Furthermore, a lockable door for entering the Drum Lidding Station in case of maintenance and repair is realized, as well as several maintenance and repair hatches for the Drum Transfer Conveyor.
The Lifting Door B3KPF20AB308 has a separate access opening at the top of the Drum Lidding Station that is screwed by a cover plate during normal operation.

Source text - German Der Deckenschieber B3KPF20AB301 befindet sich in Raum 23R011 direkt oberhalb der G3 Zelle über einem Deckendurchbruch.
Das Bauteil Grundplatte ist mit Querriegeln und Winkeln befestigt, welche auf Ankerplatten verschweißt sind.
Der jeweils angelieferte Transfer Container dockt am Deckenschieber an und wird nach unten in die Zelle entleert.
Um das Bedienpersonal zu schützen, ist das Schieberblatt aus 250 mm dickem Stahl gefertigt.
Es wird mittels elektrischem Antrieb und einer Spindel bewegt.
Der interne Schieber des angedockten Containers wird mit Hilfe der Lineareinheit heraus- bzw. hineingeschoben.
Um den G3 Abfall kontrolliert in die Zelle bzw. in die Komponente Schachtschleusanlage zu befördern, führt ein Schachtrohr durch die Deckenöffnung bis in die G3 Zelle hinein.
Dieses ist ebenfalls an Ankerplatten verschweißt, bevor der Zwischenraum zwischen Deckendurchbruch und Schachtrohr mit Zweitbeton ausgefüllt wurde.
Der Bediener muss bevor der Transfer Container andocken kann die korrekte Kombination der Adapterringe entsprechend des Datenblatt DB119548 heraussuchen und mit Hilfe des Krans auf dem Deckenschieber platzieren.
Wenn das korrekte Andocken durch die Wägezellen detektiert wurde, leuchtet die entsprechende Anzeige (grün) auf dem Bediengerät.
Nachdem der Bediener visuell das korrekte Andocken des Transfer Containers überprüft hat, drückt er den Leuchttaster „Sliding Gate open“ zur Inbetriebnahme des Deckenschiebers.

Der Angebotspreis ist auf Basis Tür-zuTür, jedoch differenziert nach den einzelnen Ausschreibungsteilen und Leistungspaketen (durchgehende Anlieferung/Abholung, Verzollung und ggf. Vor-/Nachläufe zum Zollbrooker), anzugeben.
Der Angebotspreis ist für einen Zeitraum von 2 Jahren unveränderlich.
Die vertragliche Bindung sieht zunächst 1 Jahr vor, mit der einseitigen Option von Firma um ein weiteres Jahr zu verlängern (1 1 Vertrag).
Diese Option muss fristgerecht 2 Monate vor Ablauf des ersten Jahres gezogen werden.
Anschließend verlängert sich der Zeitraum jeweils um ein weiteres Jahr, wenn die Parteien bis zum Ablauf des Zeitraumes keinen anderen Preis vereinbart haben.
Der Angebotspreis schließt neben der Erbringung der kompletten Leistungen, gemäß der Anforderung der Ausschreibung, alle Leistungen ein, die für eine einwandfreie Funktionserfüllung notwendig sind, auch wenn sie im Ausschreibungstext nicht explizit aufgeführt sind.
Gebühren, welcher Art auch immer, die nicht im Angebot aufgeführt sind, auch solche, die später entstehen, werden weder vom Empfänger noch vom Absender noch von Firma (falls Firma als Frachtzahler eintritt) akzeptiert.
Bei sperrigen Gütern wirkt das frachtpflichtige Gewicht anstelle des tatsächlichen Gewichts, das heißt 6 dm³ werden als 1 kg berechnet.
Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, einzelne Leistungen dieser Ausschreibung gesondert zu vergeben.
