Source text - English SP UK Ltd design department recommendation to cut the shank of the stud 35 mm above the casing and to fit a jig for drilling a serial of holes around the stud face circumference. Hence, the jig would project the drill bit from damaging the casing threads. However, the client commented this would be difficult and proposed just cutting the stud and drilling across the stud face as per the procedure they have adopted previously and been successful.
The proposal was discussed with SP UK Ltd design department and in principal agreed with the client. However, the recommended stud shank cut position was 20mm (just in case it had been necessary to use the jig tool) above the casing face, but the client made the decision to cut the stud shank 10mm above the casing face without notifying me because in their opinion it would be much easier to drill the holes.
It's now proving extremely difficult to remove the stud using the current procedure and the client is now proposing call in an outside company to do in-situ machining. Before this company can proceed with such work I require a written procedure now they intend to remove the stud.
Translation - Russian Проектный Отдел SP UK Ltd рекомендовал срезать шпильку 35 мм выше корпуса и установить шаблон для сверления нескольких отверстий по окружности среза. Для того, чтобы шаблон смог ограничить дрель от попадания на резьбу в корпусе и предохранить ее от поломки. Однако, клиент сообщил, что это будет сделать трудно и предложил просто срезать шпильку и просверлить ее поперек, согласно процедуре, которую они приняли раньше.
Данное предложение было обсуждено с Проектным Отделом SP UK Ltd и принципиально согласовано. Не смотря на то, что рекомендуемое расстояние составляло 20 мм от поверхности корпуса (в случае применения шаблона), клиент принял решение срезать шпильку на расстоянии 10 мм от поверхности корпуса не поставив меня в известность, потому, что, по их мнению, так будет намного легче просверлить отверстия.
В настоящий момент представляется крайне сложным вытащить шпильку с помощью принятой процедуры и сейчас клиент предлагает связаться с другой компанией для того чтобы провести вырезку шпильки за пределами станции. До того как эта компания начнет свои, работы я прошу предоставить письменную процедуру действий, которые они намерены предпринять.
