2.1. Забезпечити подання цього наказу до Міністерства юстиції України в установленому порядку на державну реєстрацію.
2.2. Довести цей наказ до відома керівників авіапідприємств цивільної авіації України для використання в роботі.
3. Визнати таким, що втратив чинність, наказ Державіаслужби від 30.01.2006 N 62 "Про затвердження аеропортових зборів за обслуговування повітряних суден і пасажирів у Державному міжнародному аеропорту "Бориспіль", зареєстрований в Міністерстві юстиції України 22.02.2006 за N 162/12036.

According to Decree of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine # 1548 dd. December 25, 1996 “On Powers Determination for Executive Power Authorities and Executive Authorities of City Councils in Prices (Tariffs) Regulation” and Recommendations of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) DECREES:
1. Approve airport fees and charges for passengers and aircrafts handling at the State Enterprise “Boryspil International Airport” (annexed).
2. The State Aviation Administration of Ukraine (O.V. Ovchynnykov) shall:
2.1. Provide submission of this Ordinance to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration in accordance with the established procedure.
2.2. Acknowledge this Ordinance to the heads of air enterprises of civil aviation of Ukraine for its utilization in the process of work.
3. Declare ineffective the Ordinance of State Aviation Administration of Ukraine # 62 dd. January 30, 2006 "On Determination of Airport Fees and Charges for Passengers and Aircrafts Handling at the State Enterprise “Boryspil International Airport”, registered at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2006 under # 162/12036.
4. Execution of this Ordinance shall be under control of the Deputy Minister – Head of the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine O.M. Davydov.

Looted Libyan treasure 'in Egypt'

Libya's National Transitional Council says it believes several hundred ancient coins stolen from a bank in Benghazi during the Libyan uprising have turned up in Egypt.
More than 7,000 priceless coins and other precious artefacts were taken during a robbery in May while the city fought for its survival against forces loyal to Col Muammar Gaddafi.
At the time, a fire at the bank was blamed on the fighting. Now it is thought to have been part of the audacious robbery.
The thieves targeted a collection known as the Treasure of Benghazi.
It included more than 10,000 pieces, with coins dating back to Greek, Roman, Byzantine and early Islamic times, but also other treasures such as small statues and jewellery.
Most had been discovered during the Italian occupation of Libya and were taken out of the country.
They were then returned to Libya in 1961 after the country's independence.
The collection has been kept in the vault of the Commercial Bank of Benghazi ever since, waiting for the opening of a museum that was never built.
The coins were never photographed or documented and seemed to have been forgotten, according to Dr Saleh Algab, the chairman of the Tripoli Museum.
Although not the only collection of ancient coins in Libya, Mr Algab said they were a hugely valuable representation of the mosaic of Libyan history - an important reminder for Libya's sometimes fractious, at times antagonistic, regions and ethnic groups that they all belong in one Libya, he said.
Inside job?
Fadel al-Hasi, Libya's acting minister for antiquities, told the BBC there were suspicions the robbery could have been an inside job.
The bank's employees have been questioned several times, he said.
Burglars drilled through the concrete ceiling of the bank vault to reach the coins.
They targeted the most valuable items only.
Mr al-Hasi alerted Interpol about the theft in July. He said international antiquities markets were being monitored.
Several hundred coins may have been recovered in Egypt, but that was still to be confirmed, he added.
Libya's recent tumultuous political events meant the theft of the coins had been a bit sidelined, he said, but that he or one of his colleagues would be travelling to Egypt in the next week or two.
There have also been reports of precious coins appearing at the daily gold market in Benghazi.

За його словами, усі працівники банку були допитані по кілька разів.
Грабіжники просвердлили стелю банку над конкретним сховищем аби дістатися монет.
Вони захопили лише найцінніші екземпляри.
Пан аль-Хасі повідомив Інтерпол про пограбування ще у липні. За його словами, усі міжнародні ринки антикваріату були негайно перевірені.
Він додав, що кілька сотень монет можуть знаходитись у Єгипті, але це ще необхідно довести.
За його словами, нещодавні неспокійні політичні події в Лівії змусили грабіжників дещо призупинити свої дії, але незабаром вони або один з них муситиме відправитись до Єгипту.
Також були зареєстровані випадки появи дорогоцінних монет на ринках золота у самому Бенгазі.

По оценке компании «QQQ» на основании визуального осмотра и учитывая, что здание простояло более двух лет двух лет без консервации и многое конструктивные элементы пришли в негодность, мы считаем, что процент готовности не более 20%.

Information concerning the article “Estimation of invested funds percentage” is not well-reasoned and truthful enough, as long as we could not get the full documents package. Information, submitted by XXX and his legal service YYY, is also not full and gives rise to doubts, because this is the General Contractor side.

By assessment of QQQ on basis of visual inspection and taking into consideration that the building delayed for more than 2 years without conservation and a lot of constructive elements fell into disrepair, we suppose that the preparedness percentage is not more than 20%.
