(4) Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haftet der Anbieter nur bei Verletzung vertragswesentlicher Pflichten (Kardinalpflichten). § 10 Kündigung

• der Kunde seine Verpflichtungen gemäß § 3 dieses Vertrages nachhaltig verletzt;
* der Kunde trotz Mahnung und Fristsetzung seiner Verpflichtung zu Abschlagszahlungen gemäß § 7 Abs. 2 dieses Vertrages nicht nachkommt.

(1) The Provider shall be liable for defects of the website in accordance with the statutory provisions ( §§ 633 et seq. BGB2).
(2) The Provider is not directly responsible for the content provided by the Client. Furthermore, the Provider is under no obligation to check the content for any possible violations of the law.
(3) Should a Third Party lodge a claim against the Provider on grounds of a possible violation of the law within the contents of the website, the Client shall be obliged to exempt the Provider from any liability to the Third Party and from any possible costs incurred as a result of the infringement of the law.
(4) In case of a slight negligence, the Provider will be liable only when any of the fundamental contractual obligations (Cardinal Obligations) are proven to have been breached. Section 10 Termination
(1) This contract may be terminated only for just cause.
(2) The provider shall be entitled to terminate the Contract especially if:
*the Client fails to fulfill His obligations pursuant to Paragraph 3 of this Contract on a sustained basis;
*the Client, despite having received an official reminder and a final notice for the advance payments, has failed to make the payments on account, thus violating § 7 item 2 of this Contract.

Source text - Polish Związki między depresją a chorobą wieńcową są szeroko dyskutowane w piśmiennictwie. Depresja zwiększa ryzyko rozwoju choroby wieńcowej, zaostrzenia jej przebiegu oraz zgonu sercowego [1, 21. Spośród różnych mechanizmów biologicznych warunkujących te zależności, niektóre (np. zwiększona aktywność płytek krwi, aktywacja prozapalnych cytokin, dysfunkcja śródbłonka naczyniowego [2]) mogą mieć znaczenie także w patogenezie żylnej choroby zakrzepowo-zatorowej (VTE).
Częstość występowania VTE u osób z rozpoznaną depresją nie jest znana. Dostępne opisy przypadków obejmują osoby z ciężkim przebiegiem depresji wymagającym leczenia szpitalnego [3,4].
W szerszym ujęciu zagrożenie VTE obserwowano u chorych z różnymi obciążeniami psychiatrycznymi powodującymi poważny stan ogólny i znaczne ograniczenie aktywności ruchowej (np. katatonia lub złośliwy zespół neuroleptyczny w schizofrenii) [5].
Ponadto analiza objawów ubocznych leczenia psychotropowego tej grupy chorych sugeruje działanie prozakrzepowe niektórych leków antypsychotycznych I generacji — np. fenotiazyn [6] — i przede wszystkim II generacji — klozapiny i jej pochodnych [7, 8]; te ostatnie bywają też stosowane w depresji opornej na leki antydepresyjne.
Wyniki badań uwzględniających stosowanie właściwych leków antydepresyjnych są rozbieżne i wskazują na brak związku z zapadalnością na VTE [6, 9,10J, sprzyjający VTE wpływ różnych antydepresantów 111] lub tylko trójcyklicznych antydepresantów (amitryptylina) [12].
Selektywne inhibitory zwrotnego wychwytu serotoniny (SSRIs), obecnie najczęściej przepisywane leki antydepresyjne, w związku z korzystnym profilem oddziaływania na płytki krwi, są chętnie zalecane przy współistnieniu depresji i choroby wieńcowej [2].
Ważnym zagadnieniem u chorych z depresją lub innymi schorzeniami psychiatrycznymi są problemy diagnostyczne zatorowości płucnej (PE), bowiem objawy podmiotowe PE (duszność, ograniczenie tolerancji wysiłku) mogą być interpretowane jako objawy choroby podstawowej.
Translation - English The interrelations between depression and coronary artery disease have been widely discussed in medical literature. Depression increases the risk of developing coronary heart disease, further worsening of its course and the resulting cardiac death [1, 2].
Among the different biological mechanisms conditioning these interrelations, some (e.g.: increased activity of platelets, activation of pro-inflammatory cytokines, vascular endothelial dysfunction [2]) may also be of crucial importance in the pathogenesis of venous thromboembolism (VTE).
The incidence of VTE in patients with diagnosed depression is not known. The available case studies include patients with a heavy course of depression requiring hospitalization [3, 4].
In broader terms, a risk of VTE was observed in patients with various psychiatric disorders causing a serious general condition and a significant reduction in the overall physical activity (e.g.: catatonia or neuroleptic malignant syndrome in schizophrenia) [5].
Moreover, the analysis of the side effects symptoms of psychotropic treatment in this group of patients suggests a prothrombotic action of some first-generation antipsychotic medications, such as phenothiazines [6], and especially those of the second generation: clozapine and its derivatives [7, 8]. The latter ones are often also used in treatment-resistant depression.
The results of examinations taking into account the use of appropriate antidepressant medication are divergent and indicate a lack of association with the incidence of VTE [6, 9, 10], a VTE-favouring effect of various anti-depressants [11] or tricyclic antidepressants only (amitriptyline) [12].
Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), currently the most commonly prescribed antidepressant drugs, in view of their favourable effects on platelets, are willingly recommended for patients suffering from both depression and coronary heart disease [2].
Diagnostic problems of pulmonary embolism (PE) are a vital issue in patients with depression or other psychiatric disorders, as PE symptoms (shortness of breath, reduced exercise tolerance) may be interpreted as signs of the underlying disease.

W pozostałych wypadkach, odpowiedzialność przedkontraktowa, kontraktowa i pozakontraktowa Usługodawcy ograniczona jest jedynie do umyślnego spowodowania szkody i rażących zaniedbań, przy czym ograniczenie to ma miejsce również w przypadku, gdy winę ponoszą pełnomocnicy Usługodawcy.
§ 10 Rozwiązanie umowy
(1) Niniejsza umowa może zostać rozwiązana jedynie z ważnych powodów.

szczególności wówczas, gdy:
• Klient na sposób ciągły uchyla się od wypełniania swoich

Salvo si se autoriza expresamente en cualesquiera Condiciones Adicionales de la Licencia, no puede usted hacer copias del Software, excepto una única copia del mismo para fines de archivo. A menos que lo prohíba la legislación vigente aplicable, usted no puede modificar ni descompilar el Software ni aplicar técnicas de ingeniería inversa al mismo.
6. Terminación.

Użytkownikowi nie wolno kopiować Oprogramowania, za wyjątkiem prawa do wykonania jednej kopii wyłącznie do celów archiwizacji, chyba, że zakaz ten uchylony jest szczegółowo określonym punktem Dodatkowych Warunków Umowy Licencyjnej. Użytkownik nie może modyfikować, dekompilować ani odtwarzać kodu źródłowego Oprogramowania, chyba, że zakaz ten jest uchylony odpowiednim prawem właściwym.
6. Rozwiązanie Umowy.
Niniejsza Umowa pozostaje w mocy do czasu jej rozwiązania. Użytkownik może w dowolnym momencie rozwiązać Umowę poprzez zniszczenie Oprogramowania i wszystkich jego kopii. Nie wywiązanie się z jakiegokolwiek warunku niniejszej Umowy zaskutkuje jej natychmiastowym rozwiązaniem przez firmę ______ bez powiadomienia Użytkownika.
9. Obowiązujące prawo.
Wszelkie czynności związane z niniejszą Umową podlegają prawu stanu Kalifornia i prawu federalnemu Stanów Zjednoczonych. Nie będzie możliwy wybór jurysdykcji.
10. Rozłączność.
Jeśli dowolne z postanowień niniejszej Umowy zostanie uznane za nieskuteczne, Umowa pozostanie w mocy z pominięciem tego postanowienia, a jeśli pominięcie byłoby sprzeczne z intencjami stron, niniejsza Umowa ulegnie rozwiązaniu ze skutkiem natychmiastowym.
