Source text - English 5.1.9. What is a Stop out/ Margin call? Margin Call is a message with a demand to deposit additional funds to avoid a Stop Out or to close losing positions, if the equity/margin ratio reaches a certain level.
Please note that we reserve the right to close a position if the Margin Call level is reached.
Stop Out is the forced closure of an order, when the equity/margin ratio is less than a certain level, to avoid a situation in which the client would owe the company money due to a negative fund balance of the trading account. Given several open positions, the greatest loss-making position is forcibly closed first.

5.1.10. What types of order execution does the EXNESS Group use? The type of execution depends on the account type and the type of the financial instrument:
- if CFDs on currency pairs are used:
for Mini and Classic accounts — instant execution or market execution at option. Instant execution is a technology allowing traders to trade on so-called “hard” quotes. This means that if you confirm your desire to buy or sell currency at this specific price, a company can no longer offer you a different price and are obligated to execute the transaction at the price you specified, if the price is up-to-date when the order is processed. Source text - Korean 제2조 (정의). 이 법에서 사용하는 용어의 뜻은 다음과 같다. 다만, 이 법에 특별한 규정이 있는 것을 제외하고는 항공법에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
1. "운항중"이란 승객이 탑승한 후 항공기의 모든 문이 닫힌 때부터 내리기 위하여 문을 열 때까지를 말한다.
2. "공항운영자"란 항공법 제2조 제7호의 2에 따른 공항운영자를 말한다.
3. "항공운송사업자"란 항공법 제112조에 따라 면허를 받은 국내 항공운송사업자 및 국제 항공운송사업자, 같은 법 제132조에 따라 등록을 한 소형 항공운송사업자 및 같은 법 제147조에 따라 허가를 받은 외국인 국제항공운송업자를 말한다.
4. "항공기취급업체"란 항공법 제137조에 따라 항공기취급업을 등록한 업체를 말한다.
5. "항공기정비업체"란 항공법 제137조의 2에 따라 항공기 정비업을 등록한 업체를 말한다.
6. "공항상주업체"란 공항에서 영업을 할 목적으로 공항 운영자와 시설이용 계약을 맺은 개인 또는 법인을 말한다.
7. "항공기내 보안요원"이란 항공기 내의 불법방해행위를 방지하는 직무를 담당하는 사법경찰관리 또는 그 직무를 위하여 항공운송사업자가 지명하는 사람을 말한다.
8. "불법방해행위"란 항공기의 안전운항을 저해할 우려가 있거나 운항을 불가능하게 하는 행위로서 다음 각 목의 행위를 말한다.
가. 지상에 있거나 운항중인 항공기를 납치하거나 납치를 시도하는 행위
나. 항공기 또는 공항에서 사람을 인질로 삼는 행위
다. 항공기, 공항 및 항행 안전시설을 파괴하거나 손상시키는 행위
라. 항공기, 항행안전시설 및 제12조에 따른 보호구역 (이하 "보호구역"이라 한다)에 무 단 침입하거나 운영을 방해하는 행위

9. "보안검색"이란 불법방해행위를 하는 데에 사용될 수 있는 무기 또는 폭발물 등 위험성이 있는 물건들을 탐지 및 수색하기 위한 행위를 말한다.

Translation - English Article 2 (Definitions)
The term used in this Act has the meaning as follows. However it shall be complied with the Aviation Act, except as provided in this Act.
1. The term “in flight” means the status of an aircraft from the point when its doors are all closed following boarding by passengers until the doors are opened to allow the passengers to disembark.
2. The term “airport operator” means any airport operator under the provision of subparagraph 7-2 of Article 2 in the Aviation Act.
3. The term “air transportation operator” means any domestic or international air transportation operator as licensed under the provision of Article 112 of the Aviation Act, any small sized air transportation operator as registered under Article 132 of the same Act, or any foreign international air transportation operator as permitted under the provision of Article 147 of the same Act.
4. The term “aircraft-handling company” means any business entity registered as an aircraft-handling service provider under the provision of Article 137 of the Aviation Act.
5. The term “aircraft maintenance company” means any business entity registered as an aircraft maintenance service provider under the provision of Article 137-2 of the Aviation Act.
6. The term “airport tenant” means any natural person or corporate body that entered into facilities use contract with the airport operator for the purpose of running a commercial operation at the airport.
7. The term “in-flight security personnel” means any judicial police officer or any person so designated by an air transportation operator, whose duties shall be to prevent any act of unlawful interference with aviation.
8. The term “act of unlawful interference” means any act of threatening to impair the safe operation of an aircraft or rendering its operation impossible that falls under any of the following:
(a) Hijacking or attempting to hijack aircraft in flight or on the ground;
(b) Taking hostage on an aircraft or at the airport;
(c) Destroying or damaging an aircraft, airport and navigation safety facilities;
(d) Trespassing on an airplane, air navigation safety facilities and the restricted area under Article 12 (hereinafter referred to as "restricted area") or obstructing the operation thereof;
(e) Carrying dangerous goods, such as weapons under Article 21, into and aircraft or security restricted area for the purpose of committing crimes;
(f) Furnishing false information that could endanger the safety of aircraft on ground or in flight, or any act of furnishing false information that could endanger the safety of passengers, crew members and ground crew members within the airport and airport facilities;
(g) Using the aircraft for the purpose of causing injury/death or serious damage to the property or the environment; or
(h) Any other act subject to punishment under this Act.
9. The term “security screening” means an act performed to detect and search for any weapons or explosive substance that may be used to commit any act of unlawful interference or any other potentially dangerous goods.
10. The "aviation security screener" means the personnel who conducts security screening of passengers, personal effects, baggage, cargo or any person trying to access protected area.
