Source text - English 2.6 Violations and Sanctions
On the indications of the OdV, any sanctions for violations of the Code are taken consistently with the laws and the contracts in force.
Each sanction must be commensurate with the seriousness of the violation.
2.6.1 Contractual values of the Code for employees
The observance of the rules of the Code must be considered to be an essential part of the obligations connected to the working relationship .
Each employee is therefore expected to go through it and to conduct themselves in a way which conforms to the principles and to the rules which it contains.
Any sanctions will be taken according to the procedures set down by the applicable law (in Italy by the article 7 of Law 7 May 1970, No. 300) and must be coherent with that which is set down by the national and company work contracts in force . The more serious violations could cause irreparable damage to the relationship of trust between the Group and the employee and therefore lead to the dismissal of the
latter.
The disciplinary measures are taken by the Human Resources manager together with the manager
responsible for the structure to which the employee was assigned at the moment in which the violation was verified and the measures are then communicated to the OdV.

Будь-які санкції за порушення Кодексу вживаються за вказівкою OdV і з дотриманням чинного законодавства та діючих контрактів.
Кожна санкція повинна відповідати серйозності порушення.
2.6.1 Договірне значення Кодексу для працівників
Дотримання правил Кодексу повинно вважатися ключовою частиною зобов’язань, пов’язаних із трудовими відносинами .
Тому, кожен працівник повинен прочитати Кодекс та поводити себе відповідно до його принципів і правил.
Будь-які санкції повинні застосовуватися відповідно до процедур, встановлених відповідним законодавством (в Італії – Стаття 7 Закону № 300 від 7 травня 1970 року), та узгоджуватися з процедурою, встановленою чинними колективними та трудовими договорами . Більш серйозні порушення можуть завдати непоправної шкоди відносинам довіри між Групою та працівником, а тому ведуть до звільнення останнього.
Дисциплінарні заходи вживаються Менеджером з Персоналу разом із менеджером, що відповідає за структуру, в якій працював працівник у момент, коли було виявлено порушення, а після цього про вжиті заходи повідомляється OdV.

Source text - Ukrainian 7. Встановлення належності багажу, що перевозиться у вантажному відсіку ПС
7.1. Призначення заходів
7.1.1. Встановлення приналежності багажу пасажирові (ідентифікація) застосовується незалежно від інших заходів безпеки з метою забезпечення того, щоб багаж, який призначений для перевезення у вантажному відсіку, належав пасажирам, які перебувають на борту ПС, що виконує цей рейс.
7.1.2. Призначений для перевезення у багажному відсіку ПС багаж пасажира, якому з будь-якої причини відмовлено в посадці на борт ПС, підлягає вивантаженню.
Якщо пасажири висаджуються до прибуття в кінцевий пункт призначення, то їхній багаж, що перевозиться у вантажному відсіку, вивантажується з ПС.
7.2. Опис процедур
Процедури встановлення належності багажу пасажирам спрямовані на обов'язкове виконання умов, за яких забезпечується посадка на борт ПС тільки пасажирів, що мають належні проїзні документи, повернення на борт усіх транзитних пасажирів рейсу, які покинули ПС у транзитному аеропорту.
Процедура встановлення приналежності багажу пасажирові у пункті відправлення:
при реєстрації пасажирам пропонується вказати приналежний їм багаж і повідомити кількість окремих місць;
на кожне місце зареєстрованого багажу видається номерна багажна бирка, одна частина якої прикріплюється до багажу, а інша видається пасажирові;
у пасажирський маніфест рейсу в автоматичному або ручному режимі заносяться дані про кількість місць і вагу багажу кожного пасажира із вказівкою номера багажної бирки;
за багажними бирками встановлений пильний контроль з метою виключення доступу до них сторонніх осіб;
прийнятий до перевезення багаж до його навантаження у ПС перебуває під контролем в зоні аеропорту, що охороняється.
Багаж, що перевозиться у багажному відсіку, не завантажується на борт ПС доти, доки не будуть виконані наступні заходи:
багаж, що перевозиться у вантажному відсіку, промаркований із зовнішньої сторони, щоб його можна було ідентифікувати з відповідним пасажиром, і на ньому є відмітка про здійснення контролю на безпеку;
власник багажу зареєстрований на той же рейс, на якому транспортується його багаж;
всі місця багажу, прийняті до перевезення, ідентифіковані як супроводжувані або як несупроводжувані;
до завантаження на борт ПС призначений для перевезення у вантажному відсіку багаж перебував у контрольованій зоні аеропорту, куди мають доступ тільки особи, задіяні в обслуговуванні даного рейсу.
Встановлення приналежності багажу транзитним пасажирам здійснюється шляхом перевірки даних, отриманих з пункту початкового відправлення, про прізвища транзитних пасажирів, номера їхніх крісел у ПС, кількість місць і вагу приналежного їм багажу.
Якщо будь-який транзитний пасажир з якої-небудь причини не з'явився на борт ПС у пункті транзиту, його зареєстрований багаж, ручна поклажа й будь-які інші предмети, які мав при собі цей пасажир, із ПС вивантажуються.
Translation - English 7. Reconciliation of baggage carried in baggage compartment of an aircraft
7.1. Objective of measures
7.1.1. Reconciliation of baggage belonging to a passenger (identification) shall be used independently from other security measures in order to ensure that baggage designated for carriage in baggage compartment belongs to passengers who have actually boarded the aircraft engaged on that flight.
7.1.2. Baggage of a passenger who has been for any reason denied on board the aircraft, assigned for carriage in baggage department, is subject to unloading.
If passengers leave an aircraft before arrival to final destination, their baggage carried in baggage compartment shall be unloaded from an aircraft.
7.2. Description of procedures
Procedures of baggage identification with passengers are aimed at obligatory fulfilment of conditions ensuring that only passengers having proper travel documents entered an aircraft and that all flight passengers who left the aircraft at the transit airport returned on board the aircraft.
Procedure of baggage identification with passenger at the point of origin:
during check-in passengers are being offered to indicate baggage belonging to them and to inform number of separate pieces of baggage;
each piece of checked-in baggage receives numbered baggage tag, one part of each is attached to the baggage, while another is given to the passenger;
information about number of pieces and weight of baggage of every passenger with indication of baggage tag number shall be entered automatically or manually into flight manifest;
baggage tags are closely controlled in order to exclude access of unauthorized persons;
baggage accepted for carriage before its loading into an aircraft stays under control in secured airport area.
Baggage subject to carriage in baggage compartment shall not be loaded on board the aircraft until the following measures are realized:
baggage subject to carriage in baggage compartment is marked on the outside in order to be able to identify it with respective passenger, and it has a mark about passing security control;
owner of a baggage is checked-in on the same flight, on which his baggage is carried;
all pieces of baggage accepted for carriage are identified as accompanied or unaccompanied ;
before being loaded on board the aircraft baggage subject to carriage in baggage compartment was placed in controlled area of the airport where access is allowed only for persons involved in servicing of this flight.
Identification of baggage with transit passengers is realized by checking information received from the point of origin about surnames of transit passengers, numbers of their places in the aircraft, number of pieces and weight of baggage belonging to them.
If any transit passenger for any reason has not appeared on board the aircraft in the point of transit, his registered baggage, hand baggage and any other articles, which this passenger had with him, shall be unloaded from the aircraft.
