Производительность технологической линии
Технологическая линия рассчитана на возможную механическую производительность с максимальным значением: 180 прессований / час в режиме 2 плиты за одно прессование и с использованием 1-ой пленки с нижней стороны и не более 1 пленки с верхней стороны.
С учетом вышеуказанного манипуляционного времени рассчитывается механическая производительность линии (время прессования): 12 секунд.
Если на каждую сторону плиты укладывается более 1 листа пленки, общее время прессования по технологическим причинам удлиняется, а количество прессований за один час соответствующим образом сокращается. Фактическая производительность технологической линии зависит преимущественно от химических характеристик применяемых смол.
Для эффективного расчета производительности необходимо учитывать время на замену материала и пресс-прокладок, подачу и съем защитных (промежуточных) плит, техническое обслуживание, переход на выпуск другой продукции и т.д.

Processing line performance
Processing line is designed for possible mechanical performance with maximum value equaling to: 180 press operations per hour in mode of 2 boards per single pressing, using 1 membrane from below and no more than 1 membrane on top side.
Mechanical performance of the processing line is calculated taking into account the above handling time (pressing time): 12 seconds.
If more than 1 membrane sheet is placed on each side of the board, total pressing time increases due to technological reasons, and the number of pressing operations per hour reduces accordingly. Actual performance of the processing line primarily depends on chemical characteristics of resins applied.
To ensure effective performance estimation, proper allowance must be made for the period of material and press-gaskets replacement, loading and unloading of protective (intermediate) boards, maintenance, and switch to another product manufacturing.

1.2. Up travel
(also refer to 3, 3.1)
• Demand values set on digital electronic card „Delta Controller“
• Entire up travel controlled through inverter (19) and motor / pump revolutions
• Actual speed measured by flow meter (29), feed-back controlled by digital electronic card (5)
- At start-up, motor (21) turning slowly, pressure between pump (22) and valve (3) increasing
- If pump pressure exceeds system pressure, check valve (28) opens
- If pump pressure below system pressure, check valve closing and elevator stops
1.3. Down travel

• Demand values set on digital electronic card „Delta Controller“
• Down travel controlled by valve during acceleration and deceleration / stop
• Rest of travel controlled through inverter and digital electronic card and motor / pump revolutions
- Down start: Pilot valve (34) opened through proportional solenoid (35) and actuating main valve (33)

- Если давление насоса превышает давление системы, срабатывает обратный клапан (28)
- Если давление насоса ниже давления системы, обратный клапан зарывается и лифт останавливается

• Спуск контролируется клапаном при ускорении и замедлении / остановке

- Пуск из нижнего положения: Вспомогательный клапан (34) открывается через электромагнитный клапан (35) и задействует главный распределительный клапан (33)
- Масло подается непосредственно на насос через впускной клапан (24)
