I have a Masters degree in translation (MA in Applied Translation Studies, London Metropolitan University) and an MA in English Philology from the University of Oulu, Finland. My working languages are English and Italian. I am a Finnish native speaker. I am a freelancer and specialize in transcreation, subtitling and marketing and travel related texts. I have also worked as a publishing editor of educational materials for many years.
In my studies I specialized in the translation of political texts. I also have a BA in European Studies, and I have studied a year of European legal studies. I have an eye for detail and I like polishing texts down to the last detail within the limits of project deadlines. I am hard-working and take pride in meeting the deadlines and keeping my promises.
