Graduated from Technical University Darmstadt, Germany in 2002 with master degree in Germanistik. She worked in renowned Chinese Sinda Patent Law Firm as a patent translator from 2002 thru 2012. Her working languages are German, English and Chinese (native).

Ms. Cheng has handled more than 1000 patent translation for filing, litigation and making response to Office Action. Most of the translation refer to mechanical equipment or electrical equipment, such as automobile manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, heat treatment or cutting work. In 2014, together with Google, she started with her localization career in modern Internet communication field, in particular for APP and Chromebook. Before this, she passed through a series of "inhuman" tests with three phases defined by Google and other professionals.

MAN
In 2011, she translated almost all documents regarding management regulations for MAN. After this excellent work, she engaged in hundreds localization projects for MAN in China, from German or English to Chinese and for many purposes.

Nokia
From 2011 to 2013, she finished many preparation projects for lawsuits between Nokia vs. HTC and Huawei vs. ZTE, including drafting patent analysis report and translating evidence from German, English to Chinese and vice versa.
