2. Оплата труда, вознаграждение. Значение фактора находится на уровне 3,61 балла, что можно интерпретировать как требующее внимания. Можно отметить разницу восприятия этого фактора между руководителями и специалистами, по мнению руководства оплата труда находится на приемлемом уровне.
3. Руководство. В целом значение фактора находится на уровне 4,19 балла, что соответствует приемлемому значению.
4. Карьера, профессиональное развитие. Значение фактора равно 3,7 балла, это 2й из факторов удовлетворенности, требующих внимания.
5. Корпоративная культура, коммуникации – оценены на 3,94 балла.
Translation - English Based on the undertaken study, 2 out of 7 factors of satisfaction shall be considered, namely:
1. Work content, nature and environment. In general, significance of this factor is classified as 4.04 points. It corresponds to the acceptable value of this factor lying in the range between 3.75 and 4.5 points.
2. Salaries and remuneration. Significance of this factor is at the level of 3.61 points that may be interpreted as requiring to be considered. Difference of the attitude to this factor between the leadership and specialists shall be mentioned as remuneration is at the acceptable level from the management point of view.
3. Leadership. In general, significance of this factor is at the level of 4.19 points that corresponds to the acceptable value.
4. Carrier growth and development. Significance of the factor is equal to 3.7 points, and this is the second factor of satisfaction requiring to be considered.
5. Corporate culture and communication are evaluated as 3.94 points.

В случае неисполнения или ненадлежащего исполнения Заёмщиком обязательств по кредитному договору-1 и Кредитному договору-2, Залогодержатель вправе по своему усмотрению либо принять Предмет залога в собственность, либо реализовать Предмет залога. О начале обращения взыскания на Предмет залога Залогодержатель уведомляет Залогодателя порядке, предусмотренном действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.
4. Принятие Залогодержателем в собственность Предмета залога осуществляется на следующих условиях:
4.1. Цена, по которой Залогодержатель принимает в собственность Предмет залога, устанавливается в размере его рыночной стоимости, определяемой в соответствии с отчетом независимого оценщика, привлекаемого Залогодержателем по согласованию с Залогодателем, согласование кандидатуры оценщика осуществляется следующим образом: список возможных кандидатур оценщиков (в количестве не менее трёх) включается в уведомление залогодержателя о начале обращения взыскания на предмет залога, направляемом залогодателю. Указанное уведомление направляется залогодержателем заказным письмом по адресу, указанному в Договоре залога. В случае неполучения письменного согласования залогодателем кандидатуры оценщика из числа предложенных в течение 7 (семи) рабочих ней, залогодержатель имеет право привлечь оценщика по собственному выбору из числа предложенных в уведомлении кандидатур.
4.2. В случае превышения цены приобретения, определённой в соответствии с п. 4.1. Соглашения, с учётом расходов, связанных с приобретением Предмета залога, над суммой задолженности Заёмщика перед Залогодержателем, Залогодержатель перечисляет залогодателю денежные средства в размере разницы на счёт, открытый у Залогодержателя, в течение 3 (Трёх) рабочих дней с даты перехода права собственности на Предмет залога залогодержателю.
Translation - English 3. In case of non-fulfilment or improper fulfilment of the obligations under Credit Facility Agreement-1 and Credit Facility Agreement-2 by the Borrower, the Pledge Holder shall be entitled either to take ownership of the Subject of the Pledge or to dispose the Subject of the Pledge. The Pledge Holder shall notify the Borrower on the start of execution upon the Subject of the Pledge in the procedure established by current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. The Pledge Holder shall take ownership of the Subject of the Pledge on the terms as follows:
4.1. The price at which the Pledge Holder takes ownership of the Subject of the Pledge shall be established in the amount of its market value determined with regard to the report of independent appraiser engaged by the Pledge Holder, as agreed by the Pledgor. Candidacy of the appraiser shall be agreed as follows: list of the proposed appraisers (at least three candidacies) shall be included in the Pledge Holder’s notice on the start of execution upon the Subject of the Pledge to be sent to the Pledgor. The said notice shall be sent by the Pledge Holder by the registered mail to the address specified in the Pledge Agreement. Should the Pledgor’s written consent on the candidacy of the appraiser from among the proposed candidacies fail to be received within seven (7) business days, the Pledge Holder shall be entitled to engage the appraiser from among the candidacies proposed in the notice at its own discretion
4.2. Should the purchase price determined in accordance with p. 4.1. of the Agreement with due regard to the expenses related to purchase of the Subject of the Pledge exceed the Borrower’s debt to the Pledge Holder, the Pledge Holder shall remit to the Pledgor the monetary funds in the amount of the margin to the account opened at the Pledge Holder within three (3) business days from the date of transfer of title to the Subject of the Pledge to the Pledge Holder.
