I am a British national who has lived for over a total of 9 years (8 consecutive) in South Korea.
I graduated with a BA Korean from SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London) in 2008, which included a course in Korean-English-Korean translation (usually a 4th year course, but my success in my exchange year allowed me to take it during my 3rd year).
Over the past few years I have worked with various companies, both Korea-domestic and international, the most notable of the latter being Asian Absolute and Lionbridge.
As a full-time freelancer, I'm happy to work across timezones within reason, and naturally I prefer regular work over one-off jobs.
