A. All Services provided under this Agreement and any Statement of Work (SOW) to this Agreement will be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines, including without limitation, all applicable anti-corruption laws. Service Provider has and shall maintain all necessary licenses, authorizations, approvals, permits and registrations to perform its obligations hereunder.
B. Service Provider has extensive experience and expertise in the field specified in the SOW(s) and shall perform the Services in a diligent, professional and workmanlike manner consistent with the highest applicable industry standards.
C. The Services do not and will not give rise to any infringement or misappropriation of any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark, or other intellectual property right of any third party.
Service Provider understands that Service Provider’s relationship with COMPANY X is one of confidence and that during the period of Service Provider’s engagements, Service Provider may acquire or may have already acquired knowledge of, or access to information which relates to the business, operations, products or plans of COMPANY X (or its clients) which is not known to the general public (hereinafter “Confidential Information”).
Service Provider agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless COMPANY X and its Affiliates, and their respective employees, officers, and directors against and from all claims, suits, demands, investigations, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and document production costs), arising from or attributable to the Services or any work product produced hereunder, or Service Provider’s negligence, willful misconduct, violation of applicable law or regulation, or breach of this Agreement. COMPANY X shall have the right to join any defense of any such claim at Service Provider’s expense and Service Provider shall not settle any claim hereunder without COMPANY X’s prior written approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Source text - English For understanding the mechanisms of the trade liberalization the crucial questions are: who gains and who loses from the trade liberalization? Foreign trade liberalization will bring specialization in which, according to the Heksher-Ohlin model each country will specialize in the production in which its abundant production factor, i.e. factor that the country is well endowed is used. That will have substantial income distribution effects. According to the Stopler-Samuelson theorem, i.e. factor-endowments model, such a specialization will increase the demand for the factor country is well endowed with and the income of that factor will increase, hence the owners of that factor will benefit from trade liberalization and the owners of the scarce factor will lose from it. The model assumes costless inter-sectoral (inter-industry) mobility of productive factors. The costs of mobility, i.e. reallocation of resources are linked with the time horizon the owners of the resources use. In the long run these costs are negligible and all resources are easily reallocated from firm to firm and from industry to industry, so one would expect income redistribution and related incentives for attitudes towards trade liberalization along the lines of Stopler-Samuelson theorem, i.e. factor-endowments model.

The party was the result of a merger of two clandestine radical left groups: Party of New Communists (PNC) (Russian: Партия новых коммунистов (ПНК) and "Left School" (Russian: Левая школа), which have been formed simultaneously, but independently from each other in December 1972 - January 1973.
After the merger the two groups ideologically enriched each other through bringing together the ideas of Trotskyism and New Left (mainly Herbert Marcuse, Che Guevara and Régis Debray) by PNC and the ideas of French atheist existentialism (essentially, Jean-Paul Sartre, Albert Camus and Antoine de Saint-Exupéry) by the "Left School".
NCPSU members were planning to hold a founding congress in January 1977 (with July as a fallback). It had been expected that the congress would elect the party's governing body - Central Committee, discuss and adopt the Charter and the Programme of NCPSU. Prior to that "The Principles of Neo-communism" (Russian: Принципы неокоммунизма) written by Alexander Tarasov in November 1974, were accepted by its members as a temporary theoretical document of NCPSU.
These plans were nevertheless disrupted by the failure of 1975 and the events of April 1977. The founding congress of NCPSU never took place.
In September 1974, “the leading five” have become a temporary governing and coordinating body of NCPSU (pending the election of its Central Committee), including Alexander Tarasov (theory, general leadership); Natalia Magnat (theory, general leadership); Vasily Minorsky (activity within technical universities and colleges and counterculture circles); Olga Barash (activity within liberal arts universities and colleges and translating); Igor Dukhanov (communication with regional groups, provision of security).

Source text - English A micro-programmed system has two levels. At the first level are the machine-level Instructions - called macroinstructions which are stored in main memory. A row of microinstructions or a sequence of microinstruction rows corresponds to this macroinstruction. Collectively, these microinstructions are a micro program, which resides in the microprogram memory or control store memory,
A microprogrammed system consists of a control section and a data path section. The control section has a microprogram sequencer (sequencing logic), a microprogram memory (for storing all microinstructions), and usually some pipeline registers at the output of the microprogram memory for higher performance. The data path section consists of a register file, ALU, and status register. Both the sequencing logic and the execution logic are controller by appropriate microinstruction bit fields.
The microprogram memory is an N-word deep by M-bit wide memory array - structured to hold all the microinstructions. Each microinstruction is partitioned into user-defined fields of various lengths. These microinstruction fields exercise control over all internal resources of the system. Usually a microinstruction must contain sequential control and, execution control information. Sequential control information includes the address of the next microinstruction to be executed. This can be either implicit (such as current micro-address plus 1) or explicit (such as actual value of the specific microinstruction).
The execution control portion describes operation control performed by the date path and other system logic functions. These functions typically include ALU function selection, source/destination selection; shift/rotate control, and I/O operations.
