Source text - English 1. ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
Company reserves the right to restrict or discontinue at any time any access to and/or use of the Application for security reasons, to perform planned or unplanned maintenance activities on the Application or for any other reason.
Client and/or User undertakes to:
➢ strictly comply with the security requirements set out in Article 4 below;
➢ inform Company, through the contact form, of any potential incident discovered when accessing or using the Application;
➢ not to access or use the Application for illegal purposes or in an illegal manner, including but not limited to in violation of the Intellectual Property Rights of Michelin or any third party, and/or data privacy laws;
➢ not to impair the operation of Company’s infrastructure and in particular (i) fraudulently access and/or remain in the Application, (ii) fraudulently suppress, modify or introduce data into the Application, (iii) unduly interfere with it.
A breach by Client and/or User of any of its obligations under these Terms of Use shall be considered a material breach of these Terms of Use by Client, and Company shall, notwithstanding any other remedy as set forth herein or under applicable law, have the right to, without notice and without any liability to Client whatsoever, deny, suspend, or terminate Client access to and use of the Application.

Om klient eller användare bryter någon av sina skyldigheter enligt dessa Användarvillkor skall detta anses som en väsentlig överträdelse av användarvillkoren av klienten, och Företaget skall utan hinder av andra rättsmedel som anges här eller enligt gällande lag, har rätten att, utan förvarning och utan något som helst ansvar gentemot klienten, förneka, upphäva eller avsluta klientens tillgång till och användning av Applikationen.

My name is Elisabet and I was born and raised in Sweden. In my mid 20s I moved to the UK and later to the US. I have lived in English speaking countries for the last 16 years. I currently reside in San Francisco, CA. I have a Masters Degree in Audio Production from Westminster University in London, UK. My professional background is in marketing, primarily in the tech/music industry.
While working at Propellerhead Software in Sweden, I translated and added subtitles for instructional music technology videos and iTunes releases. In the US I did some translations for the iTunes account of Retronyms Inc. You can find an example of this on my profile.
I have done translation work in public health and awareness for an organization called SFWAR in San Francisco, CA.
