Translation - English Thus, the OAM value can be defined by measuring the circular polarization degree of electron transient radiation, the OAM value of which lies in the range of angles that correspond to TR minimal intensity. The accuracy of such optical measurements can be better that 1%.
For polished aluminum the TR characteristics in optical band are close to calculated ones for ideal conductor [11, 12]. It should be expected that the evaluations obtained hereinabove will be valid for a polished metal target.
Authors of the work [13] have shown that the consideration of the quantum corrections leads to the significant increase of magnetic momentum TR intensity, the instensity being equal to Bohr magneton. The intesity value was calculated using classical electrodynamics. However, if the magnetic momentum is about 100 times greater than the Bohr magneton (as in the case under consideration) one should expect that the quantum corrections will be insignificant.
English to Russian: Nondestructive UAV – Inspection Systems General field: Science
Source text - English Vision controlled UAVs enable stable system positioning of unprecedented accuracy of few millimeters and ensure complete scanning and mapping of the inspected structure. The integrated camera suggests itself for visual surface inspections. The possible additional pay-load may be used for other inspection techniques which require near-surface sensor scans. We consider advanced laser optics for surface profiling and crack detection, passive thermal high resolution techniques, and airborne ultrasound for inspection problems like wind mill vanes, high voltage power lines, and civil engineering structures like chimneys and bridges. Ongoing tests aim at the design of hardware components for the required spatial and time resolution of vision based UAVs. We assume that the use of vision-controlled autonomous inspection systems will also empower economic operation of technical systems like wind mill power plants as shown in Figure 4.

Возможность установки дополнительной полезной нагрузки позволяет применять другие методы диагностики, которые требуют проведения приповерхностного сканирования. Мы предлагаем использовать современное лазерное оптическое оборудование для профилирования поверхности и обнаружения трещин, использования пассивных термических высокоразрешающих методов, а также ультразвуковое оборудование для выполнения задач по диагностике таких объектов как крылья ветряных электрогенераторов, высоковольтных линий электропередачи, а также гражданских объектов, таких как дымовые трубы и мосты.
