परीक्षण चालू असताना परीक्षणातील व्यक्तीला चिकित्सकीय परिक्षणं संबंधित इजा झाल्यास अशी व्यक्ती अधिकृत पत्रक खंड (b) नियम 21आदेशानुसार आर्थिक नुकसान भरपाईस पात्र असेल आणि या आर्थिक मोबदल्यात परीक्षणातील व्यक्तीच्या कुठल्याही प्रकारच्या वैद्यकीय व्यवस्थेसाठी झालेला अतिरिक्त खर्च समाविष्ट असेल.
चिकित्सकीय परीक्षणात परिक्षणं संबंधित व्यक्तीचा मृत्यु झाला तर त्याचा/तिचा नामनिर्देशित व्यक्ती सुद्धा अधिकृत पत्रक खंड (b) नियम 21 आदेशानुसार आर्थिक नुकसान भरपाईस पात्र असेल आणि हा आर्थिक मोबदला परीक्षणातील व्यक्तीच्या कुठल्याही प्रकारच्या वैद्यकीय व्यवस्थेसाठी झालेला अतिरिक्त खर्च समाविष्ट असेल.
चिकित्सकीय परीक्षणासंबंधित इजा झाल्यास किंवा मृत्यु झाल्यास आर्थिक नुकसान भरपाई खालील प्रमाणे असेल:
a) वैद्यकीय व्यवस्थेसाठी देय रक्कम.
b) चिकित्सकीय परिक्षणं संबंधित इजेसाठी आर्थिक नुकसान भरपाई.
c) चिकित्सकीय परीक्षणात परिक्षणं संबंधित व्यक्तीचा मृत्यु झाला तर व्यक्तीच्या नामनिर्देशित व्यक्तीला आर्थिक नुकसान भरपाई.
d) पालकांच्या चिकित्सकीय परीक्षणातील सहभागामुळे गर्भारपणात बालकास झालेल्या इजेमुळे बालकास आर्थिक नुकसान भरपाई.
जर इजा किंवा मृत्यु खालील पैकी कोणत्याही कारणांमुळे झाला असल्यास प्रायोजक किंवा त्यांचे प्रतिनिधी यापैकी ज्यांना अधिकृत आदेशानुसार चिकित्सकीय परीक्षणाचे आयोजन करण्याची परवानगी मिळाली आहे ते आर्थिक नुकसान भरपाई पुरवतील:
a) शोध पदार्थाचे (पदार्थांचे) हानिकारक परिणाम.
b) चिकित्सकीय परीक्षणातील एखादी आभ्यास कार्यपद्धती.
c) अधिकृत नियमांचे उलंघन करणे, शास्त्रीय गैरवर्तन प्रायोजक किंवा त्यांचे प्रतिनिधी किंवा संशोधकाचा निष्काळजीपणा.
d) शोध पदार्थाचा अभिप्रेत चिकित्सकीय परिणाम मिळवण्यास अपयश.
e) बिना-परिणाम औषध (कृतक गुटी) नियंत्रित अभ्यासात बिना-परिणाम औषधाचा प्रसार.
f) एकत्रित दिलेल्या औषधांमुळे होणारा हानिकारक परिणाम, प्रमाणभूत काळजी वगळता अधिकृत नियमांची आवश्यकता असणे.
g) पालकांच्या चिकित्सकीय परीक्षणातील सहभागामुळे गर्भारपणात बालकास झालेली इजा.
Translation - English In the case of an injury occurring to the clinical trial subject, he or she shall be given free medical management as long as required.
In case the injury occurring to the trial subject is related to the clinical trial, such subject shall also be entitled for financial compensation as per order of the Licensing Authority defined under clause (b) of rule 21, and the financial compensation will be over and above any expenses incurred on the medical management of the subject.
In the case of clinical trial related death of the subject, his/her nominee(s) would be entitled for financial compensation, as per the order of the Licensing Authority defined under clause (b) of rule 21, and the financial compensation will be over and above any expenses incurred on the medical management of the subject.
The financial compensation for clinical trial related injury or death could be in the form of:-
a) Payment for medical management
b) Financial compensation for trial related injury
c) Financial compensation to nominee(s) of the trial subject in case of death;
d) Financial compensation for the child injured in-utero because of the participation of parent in clinical trial
The Sponsor or his representative, whosoever had obtained permission from the Licensing Authority for conduct of the clinical trial, shall provide financial compensation, if the injury or death has occurred because of any of the following reasons:-
a) adverse effect of investigational product (s);
b) any clinical trial procedures involved in the study;
c) violation of the approved protocol, scientific misconduct or negligence by the Sponsor or his representative or the Investigator;
d) failure of investigational product to provide intended therapeutic effect;
e) use of placebo in a placebo-controlled trail;
f) adverse effects due to concomitant medication excluding standard care, necessitated as part of approved protocol;
g) injury to the child in-utero because of the participation of parent in clinical trial

Source text - English Detection of counterfeit notes
i.Detection of counterfeit notes should be at the back office / currency chest only.
Banknotes when tendered over the counters may be checked for arithmetical accuracy and other deficiencies like whether there are mutilated notes, and appropriate credit passed on to the account or value in exchange given.
ii.Thereafter the notes should be passed over to the back office / currency chest, as the case may be, for detailed verification and authentication through machines
iii.The banknotes categorized as suspect during machine processing should be subjected to manual verification for checking their authenticity.
iv.In no case, the counterfeit notes should be returned to the tenderer or destroyed by the bank branches / treasuries. Failure of the banks to impound counterfeit notes detected at their end will be construed as willful involvement of the bank concerned, in circulating counterfeit notes and penalty will be imposed for violation of Directive No.
3158/09.39.00 (Policy)/2009-10 dated November 19, 2009 issued by the Reserve Bank.

i. फक्त बॅक ऑफिस / चलन चेस्ट कक्षात बनावट नोटा शोधून काढाव्यात. बँकेत सादर केल्या नोटा शक्य असल्यास अंकगणीतीय अचूकतेसाठी किंवा इतर उणिवा जसे की इतर फेरफार यासाठी तपासून पहाव्यात आणि योग्य रक्कम खात्यात जमा करावी किंवा योग्य रक्कम परत करावी.
ii. तसे वाटल्यास मशीनद्वारे संपूर्ण अधिप्रमाणन पडताळून पाहण्यासाठी नोटा बॅक ऑफिस किंवा चलन चेस्ट कक्षात पाठवाव्यात.
iii. मशीनद्वारे तपासताना ज्या नोटा शंकास्पद असतील त्या पुन्हा हाताने खरेपणासाठी पडताळून बघाव्यात.
iv. कुठल्याही परिस्थितित बनावट नोटा ग्राहकास परत करू नयेत किंवा बँकेच्या शाखेने /खजिनदाराने नष्ट करू नयेत. शोधलेल्या बनावट नोटा जप्त करण्यात बँक अपयशी झाल्यास, बँकेचा संबंधित बनावट नोटा चलनात आणण्यात सहभाग आहे असे समजले जाईल आणि भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँकेने नोव्हेंबर 19, 2009 रोजी लागू केलेल्या अधिकृत आदेश क्र. 3158/09.39.00 (Policy)/2009-10 नुसार दंड आकरण्यात येईल.
