I am confused about this question and of what the Defendant is asking me for. The date of this accident is YYYY, not XXXX.

My Solicitor rephrased this to ask whether I had been involved in any road traffic accidents in the last 5 years to which I advised that I have not been involved within any road traffic accident prior to the index accident.

VVVV was sitting in the rear middle seat, TTTT was sitting in the rear back seat behind me and SSSS was sitting in the rear back seat behind the front passenger seat.
