Source text - Slovenian Postopek priprave predpisov je formalno določen proces. Vlada zastavi smernice oziroma pripravi program dela, iz katerega vedno znova logično izhajajo potrebe po spremembi zakonodaje ali po nastanku novih predpisov. Nosilci priprave vsebine predpisov so običajno ministrstva, ki skrbijo za področje, ki je predmet predpisa, tako novega kot tudi predpisa, podvrženega spremembi. Posamezna ministrstva pripravijo predloge besedila in jih usklajujejo z drugimi ministrstvi, SVZ in zainteresirano javnostjo. Končni predlog besedila ministrstva predajo v obravnavo na vlado, slednja pa potem predlog predpisa običajno preda v obravnavo državnemu zboru, ki ga po svojem opravljenem postopku - če je predpis za večino poslancev sprejemljiv - sprejme ter s tem uveljavi.
Translation - English The regulation preparation procedure is a formally specified process. The Government sets the guidelines or prepares the work programme, from which there continuously and logically arise the needs for amending the legislation or creating new regulations. The ministries responsible for the field, which is the subject of a regulation, be it a new one or one to be amended, are usually responsible for preparing the content of regulations. Particular ministries prepare the proposals of the text and harmonise them with other ministries, the GOL and the interested public. The ministries submit the final text proposal for consideration to the Government, which then usually submits it for consideration to the National assembly, which adopts it according to its established procedure if the regulation is acceptable for the majority of deputies, and thus implements it.

Pogodbeni stranki se s to pogodbo dogovorita o medsebojnih pravicah in obveznostih pri izvajanju naročila iz predhodnega odstavka.

The Law on the Protection against Domestic Violence - § 38a CPP – general information
As of May 1st, 1997, the Federal Law on the Protection against Domestic Violence (§ 38a CPP) entered into force1.
The centrepiece of the legal reform has been to give organs of law enforcement services the authority to prevent an individual expected to be violent from entering the home and surroundings of the endangered person (ban from the home). When the violent person is staying in the home of the endangered person, the ban is connected with an expulsion from the home and immediate surroundings. The ban from the home can be upheld for 10 days. If the endangered person applies with the local court for an interim injunction, the ban is prolonged until a judicial decision has been taken, by another 10 days at the most.
Intervention centres
Another central component of the reform has been the creation of Intervention Centres, which have to be notified before the police actually intervenes. Based on the information provided to them, the Intervention Centres contact the endangered person proactively and offer support and advice2. The Intervention Centres, representing recognized and adequate victim protection facilities, are the first private institutions with which law enforcement authorities have to cooperate pursuant to § 25 para. 3 CPP.

Zakon o varstvu pred nasiljem v družini – člen 38a Kodeksa policijskega ravnanja – splošne informacije
1. maja 1997 je začel veljati zvezni zakon o varstvu pred nasiljem v družini (člen 38a Kodeksa policijskega ravnanja).1
Osrednji del pravne reforme je bil namenjen temu, da se organom pregona da pooblastilo, da posamezniku, za katerega se pričakuje, da bo nasilen, preprečijo vstop v dom in okolico ogrožene osebe (prepoved vstopa v dom). Ko nasilna oseba prebiva v domu ogrožene osebe, je prepoved povezana z izgonom iz doma in neposredne okolice. Prepoved vstopa v dom lahko traja 10 dni. Če ogrožena oseba zaprosi lokalno sodišče za začasno odredbo, se prepoved podaljša do sprejetja sodne odločbe, in sicer za največ 10 dni.
Intervencijski centri
Drugi osrednji del reforme je bila ustanovitev intervencijskih centrov, ki morajo biti obveščeni pred samo intervencijo policije. Na podlagi prejetih informacij intervencijski centri stopijo v dejavni stik z ogroženo osebo ter ji ponudijo podporo in nasvete.2 Intervencijski centri, ki predstavljajo priznana in zadostna sredstva za zaščito žrtev, so prve zasebne institucije, s katerimi morajo organi pregona sodelovati v skladu s tretjim odstavkom člena 25 Kodeksa policijskega ravnanja.
