Решающими факторами, определяющими динамику солености в северо-западной части моря, являются сток Волги и течение, несущее опресненные воды вдоль западного побережья. В силу названных причин, соленость морской воды в 2013 г., как обычно, повышалась в направлении от берега в море и от поверхности ко дну (табл. 3, рис. 2). В июле под влиянием прошедшего половодья соленость Северного Каспия была самой низкой, позднее динамика солености была обусловлена флуктуациями вдольберегового течения, ранней осенью оно ослабело и, как следствие соленость повысилась, а осенью вновь усилилось, − и соленость, соответственно, снизилась.
Растворенный кислород
В 2013 году кислородные условия в северо-западной части моря были достаточно благоприятными (табл. 4). В продуктивных районах образования зон гипоксии не зафиксировано; относительный кислородный дефицит наблюдался в придонных водах открытой части Среднего Каспия(3,9 мг/л), при этом на глубине более 600 метров кислород отсутствовал (этот факт требует подтверждения). Наибольших значений концентрация кислорода в воде достигла поздней осенью (вследствие повышения его растворимости в холодной воде и усиления ветрового перемешивания).

The factors which determined the salinity dynamics in the north-western part of the sea are the Volga discharge and the flow bringing desalinated water along the western sea coast. Because of the reasons mentioned above, water salinity in 2013 as usual increased in the direction from the coast to the sea and from the surface to the bottom (Table 3, Fig.2). In July, under the effect of flooding the salinity of the North Caspian was at its lowest; after that salinity dynamics was conditioned by fluctuations of the coastal current: it subsided in early autumn causing a rise in salinity and grew stronger in autumn causing the salinity to decline.
Dissolved oxygen
The oxygen conditions in the north-western sea part in 2013 were quite favourable (Table 4). No hypoxic zones were identified in productive areas; relative oxygen deficit was registered in the near-bottom layer of the open part of the Middle Caspian (3.9 mg/l), and oxygen was completely absent at the depths exceeding 600 m (the fact is to be proved). Oxygen concentration in water reached its peak in late autumn (as a result of an increase in oxygen solubility in cold water and the increase of wind mixing).

Source text - English Recognizing the importance of past experience in wetland restoration and the increasing interest in restoration among Contracting Parties, Recommendation 6.15 of the Ramsar Convention urged "the Scientific and Technical Review Panel [STRP], in collaboration with the Bureau and concerned Contracting Parties and partners, to define guidelines on principles for wetland restoration". The STRP was tasked with further developing these tools and guidelines by Resolution VII.17 concerning Restoration as an element of national planning for wetland conservation and wise use.

The introduction of the balanced scorecard system at the Russian enterprises requires dealing with a number of significant problems, some of which are listed below:
