Translation - English When the air-conditioner does not get used for a long time, due to the daily temperature differences, the refrigerant changes repeatedly from liquid to gas, and this results in the refrigerant collecting at the entrance of the compressor as it comparatively has lower temperature. When the air-conditioner gets turned on at this time, the instantaneous fluid compression phenomenon occurs which appears as one-time crashing sound.

1) 인증 필요성 검토
신법규, 신사양 및 신규 프로젝트에 따라 인증 시험의 필요 여부를 결정한 후 인증 계획을 수립하여 인증 시험을 추진한다.
2) 인증 시험 일정 수립
미국 환경청(이하 EPA) 인증장을 취득하기 위한 전체 인증 일정은 첨부 7에 따른다. 인증 시험항목, 인증차 소요량 및 인증 예산의 수립은 첨부7의 '북미 배출가스 인증
업무분장'에 따른다. (1) 인증 시험 항목/ 인증차 소요량
가) 법규인증팀은 시험팀과 협의를 거쳐 시험항목을 결정하고, 시험팀은 시험차 소요현황을 작성한 후, 프로젝트팀에 통보하고 시험차량을 관리한다.
나) 인증 예산 인증 소요비용은 법규인증팀에서 투자예산에 반영하고, 그 외 부품비,
운송비등은 시험팀에서 투자예산에 반영한다.
Translation - English 5.5 North America Exhaust Gases Certification Practice
To acquire America Emission Certification, follow the Attach 7 ‘Detailed Procedure of North America Exhaust Gases Certification’.
5.5.1 Certification Planning
1)Examine the need for the certification
According to each new regulation, new specification and new projects, examine whether the certification test is necessary first, then, establish a certification plan and carry out the certification test.
2) Certification Test Scheduling
Follow the Attach 7 for the overall schedule to acquire the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s (hereinafter, EPA) certification.
Follow the Attach 7’s ‘Division of Duties for North America Exhaust Gases Certification’ for establishing the certification test item, the consumption of the certification vehicles and the certification budget.
(1) The certification test item/ the consumption of the certification vehicles
(a) Laws and Regulations Certification Team consults Test Team to decide on the test item. Test Team will write and manage the cost status, and notify Project Team, and also take care of the test vehicles.
(b)Certification budget
The certification projected cost will be reflected in Laws and Regulations Certification Team’s investment budget, and the costs of parts and transportation will be reflected in Test Team’s investment budget.

Bio
I was born in Seoul, Korea. I moved to Australia when I was 13, and grew up there. I have taught English to all ages in Korea for around 4-5 years after finishing my first bachelor degree. During this time I have translated fashion websites, and graduate students' thesis, and I also worked for a technology company in Korea as a translator as it was trying to expand. After these experiences, I have went back to Australia to get my second bachelor degree in Education. I taught elementary students at an international school for 4 years. Then, I also worked for government consulting institute in Malaysia for two years.
