Source text - Russian Воздействие окружающей среды на поверхность твердого материала – это общее обстоятельство, включающее в себя ряд качественно различающихся вариантов, представляющих самостоятельный интерес. Одну из таких ситуаций представляет картина осаждения атомов из примыкающей области на поверхность с возможностью испарения этих атомов. Подобные процессы имеют место и в неконтролируемых условиях контакта поверхности с вакуумной, газовой, плазменной средой, и в направленном пучковом воздействии на поверхности, имеющем целью создание поверхностных пленок, очистку поверхности и др.
Translation - English The environmental impacts on the hard material surface are general fact which includes series of qualitative difference variants of independent interest. One of such situations is pattern of the atoms deposition from the adjacent area on the surface with the possibility of these atoms evaporation. Similar processes occur in the uncontrolled conditions of contact with the surface of the vacuum, gas, plasma environment, and in the directed beam action on the surface, which purposes to create surface films, surface cleaning, etc.
